A Busy Day in the Office: Designing Flex Banners for Top Care Barbing Saloon: 12/03/2025.

Greetings dear friends of this amazing community! How are you all? I wish for all of you a good health and high spirits as you guys are enjoying. I pray for your abundance prosperity, success, and divine favour in all that you do. I remain yours truly @kingdouglas. I'm excited to be here once again to share with you my graphics design and printing work. I hope you'll take a moment to read and perhaps find it meaningful enough to share your thoughts.

It was just another typical Wednesday morning in the office, with the sound of keyboards clacking and printers humming in the background. I was already eating bread with a bottle of malt as I didn't eat breakfast before leaving the house, trying to shake off the morning sluggishness. Suddenly, my phone rang, breaking the monotony of the morning. It was a call from Top Care Barbing Saloon, a popular barbing salon in town.

The manager, Mr. John, was on the line, and he got straight to the point. "Hello Mr Douglas, we need someone to design some flex banners for our brand, and we were referred to you. Can you handle it?"I replied confidently, "Yes, of course, I can handle it. What's the scope of the project?" Mr. John explained that they needed four flex banners of different sizes, each with a unique design. The banners would be used to advertise their services, including haircuts, shaves, and grooming. He sent me the details of the project, including the dimensions, images, and text to be used.

I quickly got to work, using CorelDRAW X7 software to design the banners. The first two banners banner were the largest, measuring 3.4 feet by 6 feet. I used a bold font to highlight the salon's name and services, with eye-catching graphics and images of stylish haircuts and shaves.

The last two banners were smaller, measuring 1.7 feet by 6 feet. I designed it to focus on the salon's grooming services, using images of well-groomed men and catchy taglines. I designed it to be a door graphics, highlighting a special promotion the salon was offering.

After designing the banners, I sent them to Mr. John for approval. He called me back an hour later, expressing his satisfaction with the designs. "They look great!" he exclaimed. "We'll go with these designs. Can we get the hard copy tomorrow?" I replied, "Yes, of course. I will print them."

With the project completed, I felt a sense of accomplishment, knowing that I had helped Top Care Barbing Saloon promote their brand. It was just another busy day in the office, but it was a fulfilling one.
