When people say "Life goes on", what does that mean to you?

Let me start with this popular song by 2pac that says "Life goes on, " which, according to Pac, no matter what a person is passing through, the world won't stop for the person to make amendments. This means the world doesn't stop; for me or you, no matter what happens to any one of us, people would still be living their lives as the world waits for no one.

Also, the word life goes on is a reminder for us to know that change and time are constant. Even in my season of joy, loss, or heartbreak, the sun will still rise and people will keep moving forward in a nutshell it's not for one to forget about what has happened to him or her or feel too lazy to move on, but it is about we accept the fact that living is important for us. My situation can't stop the world from existing.

Does "Life goes on" make you feel better when something bad happens, or does it not help? Why?

Well, this depends on the moment that I find myself, which is the moment I feel pain; it can make me feel unhappy worrying over what is hurting me. This happens mostly when I focus more on my problem than on solutions. However, later, as the day went on, the phrase made me feel comfortable, which reminded me that the worst moments of my life don't define the rest of my life or story.

Knowing that we only have a certain amount of time, how does that change how you live?

Time is precious to me. Most people believe time is money, but I can tell you that it changed everything for me by pushing me to be more intentional with people I care for, with how I spend every moment of my life, and with what I care to give to people or the world at large. Knowing that life is finite makes me turn every small moment of my life into a meaningful moment. Also, it reminds me to stay stuck in one place or do something that isn't productive for long because time is money and precious.

What does it mean to be strong and bounce back from tough times? How do you do that?

Well, being strong doesn't mean one wouldn't feel pain, but it means facing it without giving up no matter what. Bouncing back is not about us snapping out of it; instead, it is about us gradually standing up again; even if we are doing things slowly and shakily, or when we fail, we should try again instead of giving up.
