Greetings my dear friends of Steemit and Steem4Nigeria

It's always exciting to make post in a community like Steem4Nigeria. Before I start I would like to invite two fellow Steemians @zulbahri and @chiagoziee to participate in the contest.

RCB has kickstarted their campaign with a fantastic win in the year many seem to be rooting for them.

Let's directly dive into the KKR vs RCB match, the first one of IPL 2025. Straight off the bat, RCB had a dominating start, IPL has got of to a great start, and so has my prediction spree.

Abishek Nayar, isn't there too Hazlewood has strengthened the RCB squad, and that is a huge advantage for the team.

It gets tough for the opposition to score off RCB. RCB's batting has never been a bother, but Hazlewood's inclusion has changed the shape of the team.

They delivered clutch performances. Krunal picked up wickets, Suyash gave away a lot, but picked up an important wicket.

When you are defending a below-par score of 174

You'll have to play your genuine wicket-taker much earlier. Harshit Rana should have bowled at least the 2nd over. So the best KKR bowler who should have bowled in the powerplay is Harshit Rana.

RCB were cruising at 58/0 after 4 overs, and KKR bring in Varun Chakravarthy but the batters took him on right from ball 1, and smashed 21 runs in his first over.

The first best thing of the day was of course RCB winning the match.

The base for this win was laid by the openers, especially Salt who delivered a remarkable start. It was almost like Salt applied salt on KKR's wounds with his explosive innings.

They managed to score almost 80 runs in the powerplay. This shows a drastic change in their form Salt is doing what he does best in Eden Gardens, albeit in a different jersey.

Salt did the same role in KKR, and took them to a memorable win. Narine was on the other end in KKR, and here, we have the brilliant Virat Kohli.

However, it is important to note that KKR also made a rather explosive start in their powerplay. Ajinkya Rahane played a wonderful knock and hit his first half-century in 18 innings.

No one expected him to rain sixers. Although they started well, PDogg did mention how Russell, Ramandeep and Venkatesh lyer might not deliver...

We saw what happened to the likes of Yuvraj Singh, Dinesh Karthik, and a few others...

We'll have to see how someone like Venkatesh lyer handles his price tag Despite RCB spinners not really being dangerous bowlers, KKR squandered a solid 100/1 to end up with 174.

Thank you for reading my post.
