The Diary Game: My Sunday Highlights, From Scouting For Water To Having Rainfall(12-10-2025)

Hi, I'm Blessing Isong known here on Steemit as @blezisong, here's a diary of my sunday's activities. I went scouting for water when I woke up this morning, I didn't have a drop of water at home and I needed it for domestic activities for the day. I had planned to go to church but it took longer than I thought to find water, I finally located a tap where water for as flowing but someone was there before me so I waited for her to be done before I fetched mine and went home.

I did some other chores when I got home and then went ahead to make breakfast, I wasn't surprised as my gas finished while the water I boiled for pap was yet to boil, I now know that's it's pattern taking me off guard most especially on Sundays. I suspended the preparation, walked to my fridge and brought out some good snacks to take care of my stomach, there's no gas station that will be opened by that time. Everyone must have gone to church, so after taking my snacks I took my bath and hooked up to church service online.

In the afternoon I woke up to a very heavy rain, I felt it's God's way of supplying me with water after he saw the stress I went through in the morning. I ceased the opportunity to fill my drums at home and when the rain subsided, I went out to refill my gas. On getting to the gas station, found a little girl working as the attendant though it's not the usual face and I enquired about the other and she responded by saying the person just stepped out to use the rest room. I kept my cylinder and waited for the attendant's return before telling them the quantity I needed.

In the evening I cooked rice and made egg sauce for dinner, it's something I've been longing to have since afternoon and after I made it, I took my bath with the cold rain water I fetched, went in and situated on the floor and ate my meal. Some minutes after having my dinner, I sat outside to have a touch of fresh air and while there, a cat drive into our compound few people came out and my neighbor came out to receive them.

She then came to me and informed me of the little party she's throwing for her birthday, i told her I have some things to tend to online and won't be able to participate in the party. Why telling me today of an event happening today? I focused on my diary while also observing the people in attendance of the party and doing a little amebo with my friend. It's nice having you read my diary, I do not take it for granted.
