Project Summary

Recently, I solved a problem with a speaker. The speaker circuit had a lot of dirt, and some connections were disconnected, which was causing it to not work properly. In addition, the speaker wire was broken, so the power was coming, but it was not turning on properly.

Cause of the problem and solution plan

First, I opened the speaker and observed the circuit board. Since there was a lot of dirt on the circuit board, it needed to be cleaned. In addition, I checked using a multimeter and found that the speaker's main wire was broken, which was causing the signal to not be received properly.

Conclusion

By doing this, I gained practical experience in cleaning the speaker circuit and soldering the broken wire. Now the speaker is working as well as before. I hope this experience will be helpful to other electronics repairers and those who are interested in learning.

I am going to start my tutorial.

Step -01

First, I took the speaker sound box to my workbench. Then I turned the speaker upside down and observed its circuit side and noticed what was wrong.

Step -02

Next, I removed the screws from the speaker body, removed the controlling circuit part, and also removed the speaker part.

Step -03

After removing the circuit and speaker, I found a lot of dirt. I cleaned them well and took them back to my bench. In addition, I was able to identify the problem with the speaker—one of the two lines of the speaker had run out.

Step -04

Next, I connected the wire with a soldering iron and tested using the continuity mode of the multimeter to make sure that the line was fine.

Step -05

Next, I turned on the circuit with a 12 volt power supply. It turns out that my Bluetooth speaker line has come and the red light is on. Then, I connected the speaker connection to the circuit.

Step -06

Then, I connected the circuit and speaker together and connected the Bluetooth through another phone with 12 volts of power, and it connected successfully.

Step -07

image.pngimage.png

Then, I connected the speaker and the circuit to the body of the box and tested it again with 12 volts of power supply.

Step -08

Finally, after my repair work was completed, I took a picture with my club name and username written on it. I also took a selfie to verify the authenticity of the work.
