Our national fruit is jackfruit.

Dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. Today I appeared before you with another new Bengali blog. I hope everyone will be with me in the end.

I don't get out of the house much. Two or three days ago today, after eating and drinking at noon, I thought I would take a walk in the afternoon. Because one does not have to leave the house. That's why I went out for a walk outside the house that afternoon. A little further from the house, I see a jackfruit tree. I see that many jackfruits have come from the jackfruit tree. Seeing this cobblestone of jackfruit on the jackfruit tree reminded me that the time has come to catch jackfruits and after a few days the jackfruits will be quite big then many people will cook echode with these small raw jackfruits and when they are big they will eat ripe jackfruits. Jackfruit is one of my favorite fruits. Besides, the jackfruit tree has many jackfruit mochis. Then I take a picture and share it with you. You can see the picture below.

Jackfruit is the national fruit of Bangladesh. There is no one who does not like jackfruit. Most people like jackfruit. I am one of them who like jackfruit very much. The mind is very happy to see the cobbler on the jackfruit tree. The fruit of summer is jackfruit. Although it is our national fruit, many people do not like to eat this fruit. But the quality of jackfruit is not only in the fruit, but in the whole tree. Jackfruit is a medium to large tree. We see medium sized trees around but in any established jackfruit garden we can find trees 20 meters or more in height. The evergreen tree is one of the longest living trees in our country. According to my knowledge the tree can live for more than 100 years if given favorable environment.

Jackfruit tree can take different shapes. Jackfruit leaves, stems, fruits and trunk contain sap. Ripe jackfruit is highly aromatic, with a pungent aroma. When the jackfruit is broken, the whole house starts to smell. The group of insects then attacked the jackal. The color of the fruits is bright yellow, orange or ghee. Folk songs say: ``Pirithi jackfruit will not leave you, brother.'' Jackals are mentioned several times in Jibanananda's poetry. When asked the names of five fruits, the children immediately blurt out: mango, jam, litchi, banana, jackfruit. In fact, jackfruit is a forgotten fruit name to Bengalis. Jackfruit can be eaten both raw and ripe. The husk and bran left after eating the pulp is a good feed for cattle. Jackfruit leaves are a feed for cattle. Valuable furniture is made from trees. The pulp of fruits and plants is used to seal holes in wood or various containers. There are several varieties of jackfruit. As far as I know jackfruits can be roughly divided into two categories.

Gala jackfruit and Khaja jackfruit can be divided into two varieties.

1. Cheek or throat jackfruit

When the jackfruit is well ripe the cells inside it are very tender and juicy in nature. Cells are small. It is slightly reddish-yellow after ripening. Cells are easily separated.

1. Khwaja Jackal

Cells are larger in size, less juicy and hard or glossy after ripening. The juice does not come out easily even if the cells are cracked. Pale yellow and space is fairly sweet.

Jackfruit is a very useful fruit. Raw jackfruit is eaten as curry and ripe jackfruit as fruit. Besides, jackfruit seeds are used as curry.

A very useful ingredient in goat food is jackfruit leaves. A very favorite food of goats is jackfruit leaves, so much so that goats eat even the tips attached to jackfruit leaves. Also, jackfruit leaves contain high levels of carbohydrates. Goats get these nutrients by eating jackfruit leaves. Jackfruit leaves are eaten by goats, the digestive system of goats is strengthened, digestion works well and muscles are strengthened. By eating the leaves, the taste in the goat's mouth increases, so the demand for other food increases. Eating jackfruit leaves increases the meat and milk of goats

The fruits, stems, stems, roots, bark, seeds and leaves of the jackfruit tree are also very beneficial. Jackfruit leaves have various properties and are used for various purposes. such as

Jackfruit leaves are used as fuel. When the leaves of this tree are dry, they fall by themselves in the storm, those dry leaves are used for firewood.

Jackfruit leaves are the favorite food of goats. Jackfruit is a fodder for cows.
