The Diary game. From Tireless Efforts to Evening Gatherings: A Day of Work, Friendship, and Rest
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
The holiest month of the Islamic calendar came to an end, and we, Muslims all across the world, bid adieu to it with heavy hearts. It is one of the most merciful and blessed months of the Islamic calendar, offering an opportunity to seek repentance and mercy from the Almighty, as well as to ask for forgiveness for any wrongs one may have committed throughout life.
The month concludes with the celebration of Eid, and today, just two days after Eid, we resumed our duties as officials of the Rural Development Department. I had to wake up very early in the morning, and after performing ablution, I purified myself to be present in the mosque for the morning prayers. Once I finished my prayers, I made supplications and made another attempt to maintain a divine connection with the Almighty.
Upon returning home, I immediately got to work watering the lawn. Since the spring season has just begun with warm and suitable conditions for the grass to turn green, I tried to provide the lawn with optimum moisture to restore its greenery and enhance the aesthetics of my place. It took me quite some time to complete the task, and after finishing the watering, I had my breakfast and got ready for the office.
Today, I had to head towards the village where I have been posted, along with my colleague, who is also posted in the same village but in a different position. We had a crucial assignment of registering users on the JK Samadhan portal, which is designed to provide a platform for the common public of the state to facilitate easy grievance redressal through a digital medium without requiring visits to government offices. The government launched this portal with good intentions, but the lack of awareness among people still hinders this good governance initiative. Now, the government has directed us to assist people in registering themselves on the platform.
It was quite a tiring job because we had to remain on our toes throughout the day, asking people for their phone numbers and then the one-time passwords generated by the system to ensure a transparent registration process. For this reason, my colleague and I had to walk through the village on foot, trying to register as many people as possible. Since we had been given specific targets by the department, we couldn’t afford to stop and rest anywhere in the village, instead utilizing our energy and time to complete the maximum number of registrations.
Later in the day, when we were asked for updates from the village, all the other officials were quite flabbergasted upon seeing my progress. The target that had been set for the entire week was accomplished in just one day.
Later in the day, I headed back home, quite exhausted, and went straight for a nap after having a cup of tea to relax. In the evening, I spent some time with my friends in the village market, where we decided on the day and place for our upcoming trip in the following months. It was quite fun to be there with all of them.
Later, around 9:30 PM, I returned home, had my dinner, and went to sleep a little earlier than usual.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
