Let me explain this...

On our construction site, we built a sample apartment at the ground floor level. This is made for the marketing purpose of the apartments. Customers can visit there to see the final finish of their apartments before we build them. While we were working to finish this sample house I saw this rare item which I described in my topic. When the finishing stage of this sample house several types of furniture were taken according to the architecture's choice to furnished the sample house. Among them, I saw this wooden item.

At first sight, it was a wooden chair. It looks like a child chair & seems not expensive. It was a wonder to see such a chair in a luxury house. So I had a close look at it. At that time I realize that there are some differences between this chair than a traditional wooden chair. The furniture supplier is also there with us to finish his works. From the finishing stage of this house, he was working with us. So I know him. He came to me & ask me that why do you look at this chair, is there anything to solve? I told him that this chair looks different than other wooden chairs, but I cannot figure out the difference. Then he rotates the backrest of the chair & converted it into a ladder.

Actually, it was a nice design. I think this kind of multi-purpose equipment is worth it for a house. I didn't see this type of thing at any other place else. It has a simple construction. We can make this kind of thing for our use also. All we need to do is spare some time to construct it. Try this at your home...
