Delicious sea chicken fish devilled recipe
A few days ago, I had the chance to try a new type of fish called "sea chicken." Normally, I'm not a big fan of fish or meat, but my sister taught me how to make this dish in a delicious way, so I thought I would share it with you.
Here's what you’ll need:
- Sea fish
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Curry leaves
- Capsicum
- Chilli
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Cloves and cardamom
- Garlic and ginger
First, boil the sea fish. While it’s cooking, chop all the ingredients (garlic, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and the rest) into small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and add curry leaves along with the chopped garlic, ginger, cardamom, and cloves. After sauteing, add the tomatoes, followed by the capsicum and onions.
After a few minutes, mix in the chilli flakes, pepper, salt, and sugar. Stir everything together well, then add the boiled sea fish pieces.
Cook on low heat since the fish is already boiled.
If you have tomato sauce or chilli sauce, adding it makes the dish even tastier. However, since I didn’t have any, I used extra tomatoes.
This sea chicken dish tastes even better than regular chicken devil. If you don’t like meat, give this dish a try! Let me know in the comments if you do try it.
