Hello, Steemians!! I hope you are doing great!!

Steem Atlas is getting bigger day by day, with a lot of excitement among the users. As I always say, this is an exciting initiative designed to create a global travel map powered by the Steem community. It allows you to pin locations you love, and share information, whether it's a breathtaking tourist spot, a park, a favorite restaurant, or a historical site.

You gotta remember that, as our ultimate goal is to make this a crowdsourced travel guide to the outside, we highly care about quality, and the accuracy of the information

So, through this contest, I invite you all to join this initiative and enrich Steem Atlas with more unique locations. After a successful first edition, this is the new episode.

📍 What you have to do?

✅ Select a location you visited and create a detailed post (about the place, the route, opening times, entrance prices, facilities available, etc. ) about it. You can write about,

• Tourist attractions
• Holiday destinations
• Mountains, rivers & lakes
• Museums & galleries
• Theatres
• Sports venues & stadiums
• Zoos, animal sanctuaries & wildlife parks
• Churches, temples & places of worship
• Restaurants, cafes, bars & any type of eating place
• Shops & shopping malls
• Universities, colleges & schools, etc

• Post your entry in Steem Sri Lanka community

• All entries must be AI-free and Plagiarism-free. Entries will be checked by AI detectors.

• Images must be yours!

• Your entry must be at least 300 words

• Title must be: "The name of the place you describe"

• Use the hashtags #country #city #typeofplace #steem-atlas

• Make sure to leave the link to your entry post in the comment section of this post and invite three of your friends to join

• Resteem this post so many users get exposed (optional)

• It would be great if you could set beneficiaries to @steem-atlas for the support of the project. (optional)

There were 4 entries in the previous week, one from Sri Lanka, 2 from Bangladesh, and one from Nigeria. It's a reasonably good amount as we are in the early stage of promotions, and there are a few similar contests as well. So, I shared the prizes with the all valid entries, and you will receive the votes from the curators soon.
