Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Desserts From Fruits And Vegetables". I really like this kind of food. I find these kinds of recipes very fun to eat. So today I made carrot pies. This recipe is very fun to eat. Moreover, this recipe is very nutritious. Which is very beneficial for our body. Before this, I have made many sweets with vegetables. However, this is the first time I made carrot pies. However, even though it was the first time, it was much more fun to eat. • Rice 4 table spoon
• liquid milk 500 gram
• Carrot 1 piece
• walnut
• sugar

Details :

First, I chopped the carrots into very fine pieces. I also chopped the almonds.

Then I put a pan on the stove. In the meantime, I added liquid milk. Then, in the meantime, I washed the rice.

I had no difficulty in making this recipe. Because I like making such recipes a lot. I have made such recipes before. But yes, I have not made this recipe like this. But I have made it before without carrots. However, after eating the recipe, I enjoyed it a lot. I am thinking that I will make this recipe occasionally. Because my whole family liked the recipe a lot. Actually, it is very good to make such new recipes occasionally. And it is also nice when the whole family eats it and praises it. But today's recipe was much more fun.

The recipe I have made has a lot of nutritional value. Especially, it is a nutritious and energy-boosting dessert. Here I have used carrots. Carrots keep our eyesight good. Because it contains vitamin A beta carotene. Carrots also contain fiber which helps in digestion. Moreover, it is low in calories. I have also used rice which gives our body energy. It provides carbohydrates. It also contains protein and vitamin B. Again, when the rice in the paise is cooked, it helps in digestion. Along with that, I have used liquid milk. It contains protein and calcium, which keeps our teeth and heart strong. Also, milk makes the paise soft and nutritious. In this case, I think this recipe is very nutritious. And it is also very fun to eat.
