Assalamu Alaikum How are you all? Hope everyone is well. Today I am back with a new post for you all. Today's post is a recipe for making very delicious Sujir Halwa. Sujir Halwa is a very delicious food that we all love to eat. We eat Sujir Halwa on various occasions because it is very popular as a sweet. Everyone in our family loves to eat Sujir Halwa. The Sujir Halwa that I made today was very delicious to eat. Sujir Halwa is very easy to make, so when we want to eat it sometimes, we make this delicious Sujir Halwa at home and everyone sits together and enjoys eating it.

Sweets make any event more joyful because when we are very happy, we like to feed each other sweets. When we go to any wedding or guest house, we especially take sweets so that it is understood that we have come very happy. I think that sweets contribute a lot to making the event more beautiful. Sweets make all events more beautiful which establishes a very beautiful relationship between everyone. Especially when the work is completed or when something special is achieved, we first give sweets to everyone, this makes us feel very happy in our minds. We choose sweets as the vehicle to feel this joy, so sweets are one of the things that express the greatest joy in our lives. There are very few people who do not like to eat sweets, but some eat a little less due to health awareness, but everyone likes to eat sweets.

Today I tried to make Sujir Halwa with great pleasure. I have highlighted here every step of how I made Sujir Halwa. I hope you can understand my recipe.
Ingredients
• Semolina
• Sugar
• Powdered milk
• Almonds
• milk
• Salt
Details:
First, I will fry the pictures in a pan for a while.
Now I will take sugar according to the quantity in a pan. Then I will fry the sugar in a pan for a while and make caramel.
When the sugar becomes caramel, I will add milk according to my quantity there and mix it well with the caramel.
Once the caramel and milk are well mixed, I will add salt here, now I will slowly add the previously soaked semolina here and mix everything together well.

After a while, a thick mixture of semolina and milk will be formed, then I will add some powdered milk there and mix it again for a while.
When everything is mixed well, I will turn off the stove and my semolina halwa will be ready.
Now I cut it into pieces to almonds.
I will put the chopped almonds in the bottom of the container in which I will take the semolina halwa. Now I will put the semolina halwa on top of the almonds.

Finally, I will serve the semolina halwa on a nice plate.

Almonds have been used here, which provide our body with a lot of energy, along with milk, which keeps the body healthy, it also provides energy.
