The recipe that I have prepared today is one such food that will make your heart very happy and is also very delicious to eat. I really liked seeing the dessert making in the competition. I immediately thought that I will definitely participate in this competition. @suboohi Thank you for organizing a beautiful competition. By participating in today's competition, I made semolina pudding.
1.Do you think desserts are important at special events?
In our country, there is a rule that if there is a good event or a good work and if there is a big work, then the success has to start with a sweet face. This rule has been followed for years and I have been observing this rule since birth. That is why I feel that an important event is incomplete without sweets. Of course, it is a very important thing to have sweets at an event. Moreover, in our country, at the end of all kinds of wedding ceremonies, sweets and sweets are always served. Starting from marriage, in all kinds of ceremonies, no work is complete without a sweet face. Sweets have created a very deep position in our lives in this way. In the culture of our country, sweets are not just a food, it is a means of expressing love, a means of paying respect or a rule. That is why no important ceremony in our country can be imagined without sweets, it is so important.

Today I will show you how to make a delicious sweet made from semolina which I hope you like. Today I will show you how to make semolina pudding which is very delicious to eat. I have also presented each step of making it beautifully below.
First, I took half a liter of milk in a pot and heated it. I heated the milk and thickened it a bit.
At this stage, I will add semolina to the milk. Here I have used half a cup of semolina. Stir the semolina well into the milk.
At this stage, I added 4 teaspoons of sugar to the milk mixture. After adding the sugar, I mixed it well without adding any sugar. Here, you can adjust the sweetness according to your preference, I have given it medium sweetness, not too much.
Here I took some time to strain the milk so that the semolina would cook. After cooking the milk and semolina together for a while, you can see in the picture that the semolina has cooked well and has become quite thick.
At this stage, I added two teaspoons of agar agar powder to the milk and semolina to thicken the pudding. As soon as I added it, I mixed the agar agar powder well with the semolina with the help of a spoon. So that there are no lumps and problems in making the pudding. To make semolina pudding with agar agar powder, you have to be very careful in this step because this step helps in making the pudding beautifully.
When the pudding mixture was completely ready, I took a bowl and poured the pudding mixture into it. Then I put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to cool and set.
After thirty minutes I took the pudding out of the fridge and as you can see in the picture the pudding had set very nicely. Now I cut the pudding out of the bowl neatly with a knife.
I cut the pudding into very small pieces to serve to everyone and sprinkled chopped almonds on top, making it look pretty and delicious.

In the pudding that I made today, I used milk, semolina and almonds. All these ingredients are very healthy foods. We all know more or less how beneficial milk is for our body and how beneficial almonds are for our body. Semolina, milk and almonds are all nutritious and beneficial foods for our body. Eating them together not only gives the body energy but also brings mental peace. Cooking semolina, milk and almonds together makes it a very complete and nutritious food. It is easy to digest, and also provides energy, vitamins, minerals and protein. It can be a healthy breakfast for children, and for adults it is a way to increase energy and immunity. Especially children do not want to eat semolina at all when cooked, so if you make pudding in this way and feed them, they will eat this food with great fun because children love to eat pudding. In this way, just as children will eat food with fun, very nutritious foods will reach the child's body. Therefore, it can be said that this pudding is a source of energy that contains many healthy vitamin ingredients.
