One Month Space Invasion -> Pong - review

I tested Space Invation when the game first came out because @wakeupkitty asked me to, and I never posted my review. I will do .it at the bottom of this one. It's March 6, 2025, and I have just tried out Space Invasion several times but also the new game that @fajrularifst already wrote a review about. I tried out both games on the laptop, and although I played each more than 6 times, it took me about 15 minutes, which that says enough about the fun time I had. When a game (played for free) lasts so short, the interest is quickly gone, and for me it is not an adrenaline rush but more of an irritation because the game is over before I can start.
Although the site looks a bit different, I still see the same names on the scoreboard. I wonder what that means but I am also very curious whether those with high scores use a laptop or computer and the type of keyboard they use. I would also like to know whether they also have to set their screen to 80 or 90%. This applies to both games and takes away the fun of playing because despite a larger screen than a phone has, you are staring at a few centimeters to play a game from a bigger distance.
In contrast to Space Invasion, Steem Pong (Po?) does provide more eye movements, which is an advantage, especially if the game takes a bit longer, which it doesn't. With difficulty, I managed to get a little over 200 points; more luck than strategy.
Problems with Pong might also involve the keyboard, where the arrows are small, and I cannot quickly move sideward and back next to that the game does not look very appealing. Perhaps a few levels would be useful? A bit longer playing time, some large objects to hit the ball against, and building up slowly?

Review Space Invaders - Febr. 4, 2025
This is just Space Invaders, but worse; as the assets used are clearly Google-searched images. One of the alien foes is Mike from Monsters Inc. Together with the startup screen text -which has a spelling error in it- we're looking at a travesty of graphic design.
That no one bothered to draw something themselves as to make things look even slightly interesting is lazy and disappointing.
With a lack of effort this great staring you in the face already, I doubt it they even coded anything themselves. Pretty sure you can find the full code for Space Invaders on the internet, just like the one for Snake, Tetris, and every other ancient video game China puts on those bootleg "5000 games in 1"-consoles and sells on Wish or AliExpress for $20.
There's no music, the only noise you hear is the firing of your regular attack, which sounds pretty annoying/boring. None of the laser attacks come with a sound effect, hitting and killing an enemy doesn't come with a sound effect, you're shooting air at air.
If a laptop crashed trying to boot this up, and if a game this simple is able to do that, that's bad news, because that might mean the game has illogical strings of code applied, or the assets have not been compressed and thus need more processing power to load than would be reasonable. In short, an unoptimized game, but that's just an assumption, I can't look under the hood.
If you're going to steal an existing video game -one I don't think anyone in today's age truly enjoys anymore- you better finish it before publishing it, because this has the charm of an early 2000s Flash game created by an elementary schooler. The average malware-infested game you can download for your phone is better than this. I don't know if there are plans for improvement being made, but right now, this is just one of the millions of Space Invader clones out there which lacks charm, it lacks entertainment, it lacks an original gimmick, it lacks the basics, a 1 out of 10 for me.
It seems there are no changes made of it comes to Space Invasion @aneukpineug78 try it, next time I keep it short and review nail clippers.
The perfect review and it is shameful that there is not a single comment left. I wonder why.
So far you are the second one who wrote a review.

Sorry this is a perfectly good review and I have no knowledge about reviews.
