Alright, so here's the deal... Classes in the Philippines were about to start this 2nd week of June. We were not yet obliged to wear the new teacher's uniform. But I told my friend @kyrie1234, "Hey, why not get our new uniform stitched together?" Of course, I could go on my own. But it's more fun dragging your buddy into it. As expected, she answered, "Why not?"

Early that night, we were already plotting, " Where should we get these stitched? Oh man, we still couldn't decide! As usual, after years of hopping from one tailor to another. The reason? Every shop had different prices. So obviously, we followed the sacred Pinoy rule, 'where the cheapest is, there our hearts also. Lol!'

Finally, she said, 'Let's just go to my high school classmate's tailoring shop!' Alright, then I answered, after all, that was the original cheap and easy plan.

Little did I know... this was the calm before the chaos. My friend intentionally forgot to mention one tiny detail.
Ola! The road going there was bumpy and rocky, haha... She's the one driving, so it's no wonder she kept quiet about it.

The car that driven by @kyrie1234 was stuck in the mud

Boom! I thought the road was just a little bumpy... The next thing I knew, we were stranded in mud! And my friend? Of course, she's just laughing while questioning our decision-making... This is it, 'cheap thrills come with free mud baths.' haha.

Oh wow! While sweating bullets like 'Lord, is this how our stories end?.. Next minute? Random good Samaritans appear out of nowhere and start pushing our betrayed car... wow, just wow! I'm now fully convinced angels are real. To those heroes, God bless you all!

Strangers suddenly appear to the rescue

So after all that mud thing, we finally made it to the tailor. Turns out, the place was way too far. But hey, victory is ours! Almost lost hope, but got our task done. Plus gained a wild story. I thank God that we got home safely. This is also one of the reasons why I stopped driving, because I am afraid of situations like this.

Yep, "Not all heroes wear capes... some push cars out of mud." Ajah!
