New comer Team : Curation Guidelines for October 2025

First of all, I would like to thank the Steem team through which my four members have been appointed here. October Month will move forward with a new experience for us, and we can see a great hope and progress in selecting us for the newcomer team. In this regard, I, personally and on behalf of my team, am a candidate who has come to everyone, and I hope that every member of my team will perform this work fairly and very diligently. I know that it is not easy to show the right path to newcomers, and it is not an easy task to work for the newcomer team, but still, we will try our best and definitely help the newcomers to move forward, and our efforts will always be made to represent them as worthy bloggers. And all the members of my team will try to show everyone the most beautiful and clear path by being a new light for the new newcomer team, God willing.

Usually, the main and main task of the Newcomer curation team is to vote for newbies and try to vote for worthy posts. Also, by separating posts with AI and Plagiarism giving each correct post the respect it deserves, we will try our best to help newbies move forward and we will never hesitate to share our knowledge through We will vote through the Bhooming01 account and try to vote for the eligible candidate where we will try to find in each post the person who is trying to innovate something new, develop new knowledge and accelerate or reflect himself through innovation.

Newcomer Team Members

Our newcomer team has four members from Pakistan, Nigeria, India, and Bangladesh. Our team has been formed with four members from different countries. Also, I am providing valuable information below to know more about our team members.

Curation Guidelines

Since they are new, we will definitely start with general knowledge and try to keep a strict eye on every post so that it is not AI-based and there is no plagiarism in the post, and we will try to delete the posts they have added and try to remove plagiarism. We will try to identify plagiarism-free posts, and only posts that are not likely to be power-downed will be employed by us.

The post must be #steemexclusive.

We will aim to use 300 words in each post, but a little more than that may be acceptable; however, less will never be acceptable. We will certainly try to give respect and dignity to a good quality post, and we will certainly try to give priority to posts that are creative and innovative from newbies.

Upvote percentage

We will be using and voting from theBooming01 account.

The amount of upvotes will be affected by the quality of the content. The percentage will be between 30% and 40% depending on the quality of the post. It will be determined by the curator on duty. Since we will support good comments, the percentage of votes will be 10% to 15% according to the comment standards.

Curation work system, Comment format, and schedule

At the end of each week, we will present a report with weekly statistics and the best seven posts selected by team members.

On each post and comment supported by the Newcomer Team, a comment will be made as follows.
