Cryptid Hunter – Weekly Curator Report on STEEM

1. Week 1: Curation Onboarding and Strategy

During the first week, we focused on adjusting to our curator role and discussing how to curate meaningfully. This was a foundational period to plan how to support both the Steemit ecosystem and the Cryptid Hunter community in a sustainable way.

2. Curation Guidelines

We established internal guidelines for curation to ensure fairness and transparency:

• Each user is eligible for one vote per day.
• Users who have made payments and actively play the game may receive higher vote weights.
• Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who promote Cryptid Hunter and Steemit externally may also receive enhanced votes.
• We prioritize content quality, using up to 20% Vote Power per day.
• These rules will be refined over time as participation grows, aiming for a sustainable and fair system.

3. No Self-Voting Policy

We do not vote for our own team members.
Our focus is to support the healthy growth of Cryptid Hunter on the STEEM blockchain and to distribute rewards fairly to the player community.
While 1.75M SP is a strong resource, we believe it is still insufficient to provide adequate rewards across a growing P2E user base.
Therefore, instead of internal voting, we allocate all curation to active community participants who contribute meaningfully through gameplay or content.

1. bearkill24

• A well-known KOL in the Korean P2E community.
• Actively promotes Cryptid Hunter and Steemit through YouTube and community channels. We awarded a high vote due to his external outreach.

2. backdm

• Regularly plays and reviews the game with detailed posts that are helpful for new users.

3. blackeyedm

• Provides gameplay reviews and bug reports, helping others understand the game more deeply.

4. bbbentaco

• Community leader of the CCGG group in Korea.
• Although the writing is simple, he actively helps onboard new users through Telegram and KakaoTalk groups.

5. parkname

• Shares helpful in-game insights, including bug reports and detailed screenshots. Actively engaged across multiple channels.

• A top-ranked user from the TON version who joined Steemit and is now engaging actively with the new community.

5. Post-Launch Status and Future Plans

Since the launch of Cryptid Hunter on STEEM Web, over 400 users have participated.
We’ve been busy handling both curator tasks and bug fixes to ensure a stable gaming experience.

To date, the reward pool generated from Cryptid Hunter posts has reached 1,841 STEEM, which we plan to distribute fairly to active participants.

We will continue to release new features and service updates, and we sincerely hope to receive ongoing support and engagement from the STEEM blockchain community.

Our primary goal is to grow the Cryptid Hunter game on the STEEM blockchain and to promote both STEEM and Steemit to external users through this project.
Because we prioritize this objective above all else, our curation activities may differ from traditional Steemit curator operations.

We are also actively engaging with several KOLs to expand awareness of Steemit and drive new user interest.
