Greetings!
We would love to express our sincere gratitude for this role. We see this as a privilege and an opportunity to serve on this platform. We have clearly communicated our acceptance to serve using the SC05 account and have equally decided to share with you our guidelines for this month (October) curation activities.
We go by the name Team Triumph, a name that was carefully forged to communicate who we are. We are individuals with a common interest to serve and contribute our quota to the fair distribution of reward and support for active and dedicated users on the platform.
We are from different countries and backgrounds but trust me we have a drive that has bonded us beyond our geographical location and backgrounds. The mandate at hand has united us even at heart. Here is our application link

Our team will ensure that the following laid down guidelines will be used in discharging our duty. Our first and foremost responsibility is to carefully check through the platform to seek out users with Quality contents. In addition to this we would ensure that we:
• Withhold support from those powering down.
• Avoid curating A.I and plagiarized posts
• Support post with copyright-free and user's own images.
• Consider the club status of users even in the distribution of our upvotes.
• upvote all manner of quality and helpful content being a versatile and flexible team.
Our team will be using a voting percentage of 30% - 50%. Upvotes will be based on the quality of the content made but the threshold will not exceed 50%. We also have in our plans to seek out quality comment and reward users who make such comment. Comment will be rewarded with a voting percentage of 15 - 25% and the distribution will be based on how meaningful the comment is.
A schedule of our curation activities have been unanimously created. Each member has been assigned particular days when he or she is to be on duty and at the end of each day's activity, this same team member will nominate the best from the numbers of posts he or she has curated.

We would also ensure we publish our weekly report which would contain the summary of our weekly activities. It is also important to mention that our
nominated posts will also be captured in this report as stated in the overall guidelines by the steemit team.
This will be our guidelines for the month of October. We also want to assure the steemit team that will follow every laid down rules given to us, we would also be as transparent as possible and carry out our roles with all diligence.
We will also like to mention that we welcome all forms of suggestions and ideas for improvement. Thank you once again for this opportunity, we do not take it for granted.
