Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good morning from Canberra,

The current tenure of present SRs is coming to an end soon, and what I started with 18K SP will end at more than 51 SP. I guess I have done satisfactory so far and I will not discontinue my "Newbie Support Program," in the future as well. In fact am satisfied with my entire journey so far on Steemit that started on 14th May 2022.

This was another eventful week that again went too quickly. I was too busy on various fronts, online and offline, but what I am missing most are my outings, which I hope to commence in the second week of June, once my ongoing Season-24 ends.

As for online, it was hard to keep my record of routine writing of at least one post a day since we were just two to cover all the posts, as our teammate had a planned outing trip. But as I said, that's part of the job—what ends well is well done.

I have completed three years on Steemit

I did a fun post after a long time, but again, that wasn't a regular fun post but some of my trees and plants that I have brought from various places for Comunidad Latina.

My fascination with plants

Offline I am busy with my project and clients, but as I am online all the time, I can handle both my responsibilities perfectly. Yeah, the best that could happen to me on Steemit was I achieved Orca status, and I have more than 50K SP in my wallet.

POWERUP
Power up

I am busy with the SCL-24 contest, which, according to me, is going great guns and has brought good results so far. Let me admit that users were waiting for theme-based writing contests, and they are enjoying them fully, as I can see the other one with a similar writing assignment is doing well as well.

But I hope, the week5 will be better or users are committing lesser mistakes and take the fair grading as they should, but the fact remains everyone wants to get maximum marks, but that's human nature.

I agree once again, I have fewer active posts at this moment, but I haven't missed a single day posting and did enough posts this week. However, I participated in as many contests this week as I could.

I usually like to write about travel, but I had no time to travel this week either, so I mostly posted in either SCL or Dream Steem. As I reported last week, I made a change in my "Newbie Promotional Program" by raising the rank limit from 50 to 55, but most newbies I selected are ranked under 50.

This week I did two different posts for both my weekly beneficiaries unlike last week even if I had not enough time but went on writing my usual 7 posts.

I have been writing this report after researching a few possibilities about my upcoming "Newbie Promotional Program." Most probably I will take a couple of topics, finding interesting contests that will increase their skills.

I will try to include the contests after conducting thorough research, with my emphasis on creating and drafting the contests, incorporating fiction and travel.

Newbie Promotional Program

A New Initiative to help newbies

I am proud to announce once again that I supported newbies through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for the best posts according to their quality and support them in my capacity as moderator and Steem representative.

This week again, even if I was too busy online and offline, my activities, including my social activities, did not stop me from visiting and finding promising authors from the newcomers' community and selecting my quota of two of the best, both of them under 40 rank, but as I have been saying, I will revise the rank to 55 in the coming days, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries, including rewarding one in my travel contest.

As usual, I spent some time with a couple of newbies on their or my posts. I feel like more and more newbies are getting in touch with me, and that's heartwarming when they are among them as they approach me.

I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my one post for a change. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.

My selected users

As a routine, I selected first of the two "newbies," @adrianach2025

As usual, I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

Here is my post

There was no response from either of them, not so far.

Again, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to support them in spreading awareness and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem. Once again, I am proud that as SR, I tried my best to support all good posts.

My Account Summary

This week again my CSI is in the normal range of 10-15, as I supported all who needed my support; however, this week I visited as many posts as I could. I did all my duties writing reports, moderation, and curation; besides, traveling kept me busy on other fronts as well.

These are my regular posts.

Once again, I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

That's all for this week!

Thanks, all; have a nice time ahead.

Yours sincerely,
