Interesantes cambios se están presentando, siempre pensando en el bienestar de la plataforma y del crecimiento comunitario. Uno de los cambios más importantes es el hecho de dar por finalizada la etapa de los representantes Steem, de la cuál he sido parte por varios años, sólo viéndose interrumpida cuando no me postulé.

Los Representantes Steem han sido figuras relevantes desde su creación, cada uno mostrando cualidades sobresalientes, desde ser un constante creador de contenidos, mostrar interacción con otros usuarios, hasta desarrollar interesantes herramientas y aplicaciones. De mi parte, agradezco a cada uno de los que cumplieron con este rol de manera efectiva, porque mostraron resonsabilidad y compromiso; además de, respeto hacia toda la actividad en torno a Steemit.

De mi parte, me siento muy agradecido con las diversas oportunidades y confianza que me brindó el equipo Steemit para cumplir roles importantes dentro y fuera de la plataforma. Me siento orgulloso y satisfecho del trabajo que he realizado para cubrir las expectativas. Ser Representante me llevó a ser un ferviente andante en la plataforma. Debo mucho agradecimiento; por ello, mi intención es seguir haciendo mis tareas de revisión de contenidos, que van enfocadas en proteger la sostenibilidad del Steem

En esta oportunidad, no compartiré mi actividad durante la última semana, sólo dejaré algunas cosas para que tengan en cuenta, si desean agregar valor cómo usuario, y cómo persona.

• Promueve el optimismo entre los usuarios, ésto genera un ambiente positivo en la plataforma, lo cuál es agradable y saludable para todos.

• Ten la necesidad de mejorar y crecer cada día. Puedes ir avanzando en cualquier aspecto, sea en la calidad del contenido tanto textual cómo de fotografías, mejorar la presentación, y aumentar la interacción con otros usuarios. Aumenta tus Steem Power dentro de tus posibilidades, aprende sobre las diferentes funciones que se cumplen en la plataforma.

• Se versátil, aprende a participar en dinámicas variadas, no te encierres en los temas de tu preferencia; pues, no sólo limitarás tus participaciones, sino también, cortarás tus posibilidades de aprender más.

• Se humilde, no importa cual fuerte sea tu billetera, ni cuanto sea su conocimiento; pues, siempre habrá alguien que tenga más economicamente, y siempre habrá algo que ignoras. El mundo es grande y diverso, hay mucha competencia y debes adaptarte a ello, si deseas ser exitoso.

Seguiré cumpliendo la función de representar a Steem, y por ende, a Steemit, sin importar la etiqueta. Estoy aquí para ser util , y no para vivir criticando las estrategias o dinámicas que se generen con la intención de aumentar la actividad en la plataforma. Mi único enfoque es trabajar duro, de manera responsable y honesta. Promoviendo contenidos a través de mis concursos semanales, proteger la reputación de Steemit por medio de la revisión de contenidos, apoyar a los desarrolladores de manera desinteresada, promover a la plataforma en las redes sociales. Mantener un crecimiento constante, y cumplir los roles comunitarios de manera objetiva e imparcial, llevando apoyo a la mayor cantidad de comunidades, paises y usuarios posibles.

Interesting changes are being presented, always thinking about the welfare of the platform and community growth. One of the most important changes is the fact of ending the stage of Steem representatives, of which I have been part for several years, only being interrupted when I did not apply.

Steem Representatives have been relevant figures since its creation, each one showing outstanding qualities, from being a constant creator of content, showing interaction with other users, to developing interesting tools and applications. On my part, I thank each one of those who fulfilled this role effectively, because they showed responsibility and commitment, as well as respect for all the activity around Steemit.

On my part, I feel very grateful for the various opportunities and trust that the Steemit team gave me to fulfill important roles inside and outside the platform. I feel proud and satisfied with the work I have done to meet the expectations. Being a Representative led me to be a fervent walker on the platform. I owe a lot of gratitude; therefore, my intention is to continue doing my content review tasks, which are focused on protecting the sustainability of Steem.

In this opportunity, I will not share my activity during the last week, I will just leave some things for you to keep in mind, if you want to add value as a user, and as a person.

• Promote optimism among users, this generates a positive environment on the platform, which is pleasant and healthy for everyone.

• Have the need to improve and grow every day. You can advance in any aspect, be it in the quality of the textual or photographic content, improve the presentation, and increase the interaction with other users. Increase your Steem Power within your possibilities, learn about the different functions that are fulfilled on the platform.

• Be versatile, learn to participate in a variety of dynamics, do not confine yourself to the topics of your preference, because you will not only limit your participation, but you will also cut your chances of learning more.

• Be humble, no matter how strong your wallet is, or how much knowledge you have, there will always be someone who has more financially, and there will always be something you ignore. The world is big and diverse, there is a lot of competition and you must adapt to it, if you want to be successful.

I will continue to fulfill the function of representing Steem, and therefore Steemit, regardless of the label. I am here to be useful, and not to live criticizing the strategies or dynamics that are generated with the intention of increasing activity on the platform. My only focus is to work hard, responsibly and honestly. Promoting content through my weekly contests, protecting Steemit's reputation by reviewing content, supporting developers in a selfless way, promoting the platform on social networks. Maintain a constant growth, and fulfill the community roles in an objective and impartial way, bringing support to as many communities, countries and users as possible.
