Swelling is the accumulation of excess fluid in any part of the body. Or a very strong injury in any part. Which is usually caused by inflammation, injury, infection or other physical problems. As, we can usually have blood accumulation or swelling in that part.
4 types of swelling:
1) Inflammatory edema:
This problem can occur after tissue injury. Now when there is an infection in our body, we can have this. The place will turn red. It will be very hot. The area will become painful.
2) Venous edema:
This problem can occur due to obstruction of blood circulation. However, blood can accumulate in different parts of the body. It can be forgotten in the ankles due to which this problem occurs. Usually, this type of problem can occur if you stand for a long time.
3) Lymphatic edema:
This type of problem can occur if the ducts are blocked or damaged. Among the characteristics of any problem is, hard swelling instead of soft. Sometimes there may be exceptions to this. It can cause more damage to our body.
4) Pitting edema:
As a result of heart disease, our body will swell and this type of problem will occur. This type of problem can usually occur as a result of kidney problems. It has some characteristics, one of which is that when you press with your finger, a hole is formed in the skin, and that hole remains for a while.

Here is an interesting thing that I don't have to go far for my patient. Because I got foot pain while playing football, I will treat that pain myself. I will treat my foot in the method shown in the post. One of the injuries I got is foot pain and swelling. I went to play football and got foot pain there. I have received this type of treatment before but seeing it, my trust in the chat increased a little, due to which I received this type of treatment. This type of treatment is very beneficial for foot pain.
First, we have to rest after meeting. We cannot do work or walk. In fact, if we do any work, our pain may become more intense. Therefore, we have to rest for a few days and do this one treatment. Well, we can usually do it in many ways, among which I will talk about two:
1) Cold Therapy:

When we take ice, we must wrap the ice in a cloth, that is, we put the ice in a cloth and keep it on the foot for 10 to 15 minutes. However, we can keep it longer, but we have to stop for some time. In fact, our swelling and pain will decrease. One of the reasons why we apply ice is that ice constricts blood vessels. Blood flow decreases, inflammation and swelling decrease. As a result, our pain will be cured quickly. We will apply it like this two to three times a day for three days.
2) Elevation:
Keep the leg that we have pain in on a pillow so that it is above the level of the heart. That is, do not put any pressure on our leg. Use an elastic bandage to apply light pressure to the swollen area. As a result of using this, our swelling will decrease and our pain will start to decrease. We can do this to facilitate fluid drainage. Then it will be seen that the blood circulation in our body will be fine.
If we use it like this, our pain will be cured. I have used this method and got good results. I had this kind of pain before while playing sports and I got relief from this pain through Cold Therapy.
I invite @mahmud552 @abdulmomin @memamun to participate in your own competition. I hope you will participate in the competition and the competition will make someone beautiful. |

Saludos
