Contest : Protected animals in my country #31

Hello my steemit friends i hopes you all are doing well and enjoying your time on this beautiful platform. I am very happy to take part in this contest about protected animals in my country. I always feel closed to nature and animals and I believe they are an important part of our world. In this post I will share about some protected animals in Pakistan the reasons why they are in danger and how we can help them. I hopes you will enjoy reading it.
Pakistan is a country full of naturals beaut we have tall mountains green forests wide deserts and flowing rivers. Because of these different places many animals live here. Some of them are very rare and special. Sadly many of these animals are now in danger. Their numbers are getting smaller because of hunting pollution and cutting down trees. That is why they are now protected by law. This means no one is allowed to kill them harm them or take them from their homes.
One of the most famous protected animals in Pakistan is the Markhor. It is our national animal. The Markhor is a wild goat with long twisted horn its lives in the mountains and is very strong and beautiful. In the past people hunted it a lot for its horns. But now the government is working to protect it and the number of Markhors is slowly increasing again.
Another special animal is the Snow Leopard. It lives in the cold mountains in the north of Pakistan. This animal is very hards to see because it hides well in snow and rocks peoples hunt it for its beautiful fur and this has made the snow leopard endangered. Now it is protected and there are many efforts to keep it safe.
Pakistan is also home to a very rares dolphin called the Indus River Dolphin this dolphin lives only in the Indus River. It is almost blind and uses sound to find its way in the water. Sadly water pollution and fishing nets have made life hard for this beautiful animal. But nows there are projects to saved the Indus Dolphin and clean the river.
Many animals are in dangers because of human activities people cut trees polluted rivers build homes in forests and hunt animals for fun or money. This destroys the homes of animals and makes it hard for them to survived. Illegal hunting is a big problem. Some people kill animals and sell their parts like fur horns or bones. This must stop. We can all do something to help. We should never hunt animals or buy things made from them. We should keep our forests and rivers clean. We can support wildlife parks sanctuaries and rescue centers. We can also tell others about why it is important to protect animals. Teaching children to love and respect animals is also a great step.
The government of Pakistan has made special parks and protected areas where animals are safe. Rangers and officers also try to stop illegal hunting. But they need help from all of us. Protecting animals is not only the job of the government. It is our duty too. We must cared for the animals who cannot speak for themselves. Animals make the world beautiful. They are part of nature and nature needs balance. Every animal has a role. If one animal disapears it affects everythings thats why we must work togethers to protected them lets saved them befores its too late. Thank you for reading my post.
