I don't know why I find this particular challenge to be very Interesting than the Inception. I've actually learnt a lot from the tasks given in the course of this week's challenge. As an active YouTuber, our mentor said something about having tools for content creation and the essence of writing scripts. I most times use the alternatives to do my content. These alternatives includes;
- Tripod stand
- Bluetooth microphone
- An headset
- Capcut for editing and noise removal
- Canva for graphics
- Lightroom for editing pictures
- My Smartphone for video

So this week's challenge is basically about script writing to help in video confidence and prevent multiple records. It's also exposes us to create content ideas in terms of presentation, editing, title and the like, from other YouTubers in our niche. For those tasks, I'll answer them with videos.
Competitor Content Research |
---|
You need to find two other YouTube channels that have the same niche as yours
For this, I quicky used my searched button to search for promoting online businesses and digital skills. My niche is basically on promoting a social media called Steemit, which is a digital skill that can earn one money by writing. So I needed to look for those who gives people financial updates and how they have made money from them.
Since this kind of niche is broad, I had to be specific and look for YouTubers promoting Amazon and Amazon Kdp. I saw the likes of the following which specialized on promoting how these platforms have changed their financial status.

Having checked and subscribed to these YouTuber's channels, I discovered a few things from their videos.
You only need to note at least 3 interesting things from the video, such as the title, the way of speaking, editing, thumbnails, and so on.
From the two videos, I discovered three interesting things they did. If you check my video, it explains itself best but I'll write them down. From the two videos starting with the first.....
- The duration and format of the YouTuber's video attracted a lot of people to his video. I mostly see people do portrait videos instead of landscaped when making such kind of posts. It has to be a minite long and not more than 2 minutes. Just create it as a short.
Why?: Initially, you gain views and subscribers by posting shorts as most people aren't fans of long videos except you have something to share and they are eager to hear or see it.
- The appearance of the woman in the second video. When making such videos, you need to appear as a testament to what you're saying. You can be wearing an old fashioned cloth to share financial updates. They need to smell and see that money in your voice and appearance. This will trigger people to know you've been helped. From her appearance, we can testify that she has made money from Amazon Kdp.

- The confidence in voice abd enthusiasm in her way of speaking: As a financial update creator, you need to be confident and convincing otherwise nobody would give a damn about anything you say. They'll take you for granted. She did it differently which made her steal the show. These are 3 things I learnt from these creators.
You need to explain what you can imitate or develop for your channel.
From the lessons I learnt, I'll need to work on the following.
- My appearance and background: The way you dress is the way you'll be addressed. If you dress in a low budget way, nobody will take you seriously because they'll feel you are paid to do the talking when the evidence isn't seen in your body or physical appearance. My background needs to be changed as well to make it convincing to my viewers that I have made money from the space.
- Enthusiasm and my ability to be convincing: This is expressed in how I say things, how I speak about this update and how this update can benefit my viewers. When they hear how one speaks, you'll know if he has money or not. Aside from the financial aspect, the way one speaks makes the viewers bored and the video becomes uninteresting. In fact, one can swipe to the next video or sleep on it.
- My Title makes it more appealing and visible because people search on contents everyday. So my niche would be more of financial updates, how to make money online, etc.

- The duration of my videos at this initial stage. As a growing YouTubers, my aim is to attract people to my channel and make them subscribe so that they can be getting updates or notifications from the channel when a post is made. At least 1-2 minutes video won't be bad to steal a show that can hook the mind. After my target audience had been reached

Opening sentence:
Wagwan guys. It's your favourite Ambivert bossj23 and I bring to you and exciting update on a social media platform called Steemit. Are you an introvert? You're tired of being in the shadows and watching other people's creativities but you can't do yours.
To also earn and become visible like these content creators. That's why I'm here. Before I move further, I'll love you to like this video, subscribe to my channel and share this video to all introverts and extroverts on this space.
To those who are bent on watching other people's videos, but at some point they feel like doing theirs but at another point, they can't because they don't want to be seen and heard. They want to be reserved. Can you actually become visible, earn good money and become an influencer as an introvert? Yes, steemit got you.
Content:
Steemit is a decentralised social media platform, not just for introverts but also for extroverts, who have the talent of being seen. As an introvert, you're not left out on social media because there's a platform just for you and Steemit got your back. You express your emotions, feelings, creativity and the likes in words. You earn and become popular on steemit. I then stated three tips on how we can earn money on Steemit by writing. I stated this in the video. I showed how popular I am by using overlays to show evidence.
Closing Sentence
In my next post, I'll share a step-by-step video on how to create a Steemit account successfully, verify it and start your journey into the content writing world. Using this as my concluding sentence was to keep up with my viewers that I have something installed for them in my next video. They'll be on the lookout for it and they'll subscribe to my channel so they'll see these steps, setting up account and the likes.
Expressions
My facial expressions were friendly and jovial. I had to put up this look so as to keep my viewers engaged. Keeping a straight face or strict face would have made it seem as if I'm arguing or angry with the person.
Intonation
My intonation was basically motivational to spike that interest in my viewers and listeners. The enthusiasm and confidence was just there in my voice which was basically increasing. If I were to use a low intonation, the video would be boring.
Style of Language
I made use of subtitles to favour those Spanish speaking indigens. I used the normal English because not everyone gets to understand polished English language or American. So my style was mostly British If I would classify.
So with this, I was done with all the tasks given me for this week.
I invite @manuelhooks, @udyliciouz and @sahmie
