Fruit as a food is a natural food obtained from trees or plants, which is usually sweet or sour in taste and rich in nutrients. Eating fruit is very beneficial for health.
Question: Tell us about your favourite fruit of the week.
My favorite fruit this week is the (Sweet Orange) fruit. In Bangladesh it is called Malta fruit. It comes in both sweet and sour varieties. However, the sweet variety is much more enjoyable to eat.The cultivation of this fruit is very low in Bangladesh. To meet the demand for this fruit, it has to be imported from abroad.
Question: What are the health benefits of your favourite fruit?
The benefits of the sweet orange is-
- Malta prevents winter chapped lips, cracked palms and palms.
Malta eliminates colds, stuffy noses, tonsil problems, sore throats, fever, feverish feelings, sneezing, coughing, headaches, cold-related weakness.
Malta keeps the stomach healthy. Regular orange consumption will protect against stomach ulcers and constipation. It keeps the stomach healthy.
Malta is a fruit rich in vitamin 'C' which maintains the vitality of the skin and prevents wrinkles and maintains its beauty.
Malta nourishes teeth, hair, skin, nails. It cures many diseases of the skin and tongue, including sores on the tongue, lip sores, fever blisters during fever.

yes,I always agree with this. There is no pair of fruits to nourish the body. That eating at least one fruit a day. Eating fruits is beneficial for health in various ways. However, many people avoid this task. The nutrients that are excreted with water every day are deficient in the body. Eating one fruit every day helps to fill this deficiency.
