Weekly Contest 41 || The Diary Game || A Good Day

Greetings Steemians!

This is me @z-khan29 from Pakistan. I hope you all are well and doing good. I am also good and my vacations are about to end this week so I was just resting at home. I was so sad that I will have to wait for the vacations till the next year. My today's day was pretty much boring, I did nothing except eating and scrolling but anyway let's share my day with you all.

Morning:

So today I woke at 11 am and spent another half an hour in bed and then got freshen up, changed my clothes. In the meantime my mother prepares breakfast for me. I was craving for omelette today so I ask my mother to make omelette for me. So she made me a simple egg omelette because the vegetables were finished. I eat it with bazaar ki roti (the flatbread which is being bought from the nearby market).

After doing my breakfast, I was sitting with my mother and gossiping with her, as talking with your mom is the most precious moment and I always thank Allah for this.

Afternoon:

Okay so after spending time with my mom, I heard that my aunt and cousins are coming at our home. So I clean my bedroom and change the bedsheet and did some air freshener so that my room smells good. After that I change my clothes and got ready. In a meantime, I get a lil bit hungry so ate some fruits like peach and apricot.

Also after this we bought some sweet corns from village so I decided to eat one of them as well. I dried the corns on the stove and leave it for about 5 minutes so that it can cook well. After that I place it in plate and gave one to my mom and one for myself.

Its taste was so good and they were so fresh. No doubt how much I eat them but I never get bored. I eat them at my home, university, whether I go for shopping or anywhere else, I always eat and it is my every time and everywhere snack.

Evening:

After waiting for hours, my aunt and cousins finally arrive so I meet them one by one and sit with them. In a meantime the tea and snacks were about to be prepared but I didn't eat them because my aunt bought me a chocolate cake, I was so happy that I left everything and eat the cake with tea.

The cake was so moist and delicious, its each bite was literally a heaven. I love when I spent time with my family and loved ones. We talk for hours, play games, annoy everyone but never get bored of everything. After that we all were arguing with each other that what should be made for dinner, so we decided and I tell my mom to make biryani. As she was making biryani so we decided to play some games. In a meantime the dinner was ready and so we went to the lounge, sit with everyone and enjoy the yummiest dinner made by my mom.

So I ate biryani with raita, it is basically a side dish which is made of yogurt (dahi) and sometimes we can add different vegetables to it as well. So after eating dinner everyone of us was craving for some sweet so we decided to eat ice cream. We went to an ice cream store which is 10 minutes away from our home.

When we reach there so we ordered their ice cream cones, as they are so chilled and creamy. We ordered their simple vanilla cones and one of my cousin ordered oreo vanilla cone. After eating and exploring the place we went back to our homes.

So that's all for today, it was a simple day nothing interesting but it is pleasure to share it with you all. I hope that you like my post and the day I spent.
