Greetings and Happy Holy Saturday to you all , yesterday was the day, they send our Lord Jesus Christ to rest and tomorrow he will rise up again as it is written in the scriptures. Halleluia !!. This day is a beautiful moment I'm excited and over ready to participate in this amazing and fantastic contest in this community. we the contestants are very grateful to steemkidss and parents community for making this skillfull contest to hold. I really want to used this minutes to show my appreciation to @steemkidss for organizing this epic contest, And I wanna give my gratitude to the strong leaders in steemkidss and parents community for their encouragement and support may God bless you all. Today was sunny, after I woke up this morning I prayed and I took time to prepare my okra soup. I will likely share my step by steps on how i prepared the delicious delicacy of Akwa Ibom native okra soup. Don't play with my cooking skills. My soup is easy to learn.
Okra, Red oil, Onion, Red pepper 🌶️, Crayfish, Onga cube,
Odusa leaf, The remove periwinkles(mfi), Dried fish, Salt, Melon and Beef( cow meat)
Here are the steps i took
Yeah I went to my garden and get my okra as soon as I was back I went to the market to get other ingredients I used in preparing the soup.
They very first step I took was washing my okra, and odusa leaf after that i cut my okra and sliced my onion and odusa leaf.
After I was done parboiling my meat and my remove periwinkles(mfi). I then pound my crayfish and green peppers then I put it in a plate and covered

I put my pot on top of the gas cooker then I added my red oil inside the pot and after some seconds I added my melon and stirred it's on till my melon from yellow color then I added my pounded crayfish & green peppers, salt,, onion with onga cube and then I added my cow meat and periwinkles water inside the pot then I waited for some seconds after then I put in my odusa leaf after some seconds I dish out my soups and put it in a plate. After then I put down my pot of soups.

I boiled my water for garri after my water have boiled I added my starch and I make the garri well. You know, Akwa Ibom is really blessed with a lot of best delicious delicacy. a beautiful city.
The food was delicious 😋 and nice taste come join let's create memories I loved my food okra soup hot and I like it to be in a native way I do like native vibes a lot.
