MAGIC TRICKS ON CAMERA: DAY 3 (CARD SPIN ILLUSION)

Making an object change form or colour, into something else.
Is that witchcraft or magic. I prefer Trick.

So, in today's episode I magically changed my ATM card into a Business card.
My grandma always say this in our language " Magic Idighi ibōk" , which translates Magic is not witchcraft.
If she sees me do these tricks , she might take me to church for special prayers 😆😆

ABOUT THE TRICK

The Card Spin trick is a popular magic illusion where a magician spins a card, and it appears to change into a different card. Like I did.

Being a creative person, you have to develop a method that works perfectly well for you. Mine is the **Palm And Lift ** Method .
I palm the original card and replaces it with the new card during the spin.
But then, make the old card disappear completely.
No matter how close you look. You might notice when or how I switched the card. But not when the card disappear completely.

Other methods include;

Double-lift: The magician uses a technique called a double-lift to secretly swap the cards while spinning.

Gimmicked deck: Some versions use a specially designed deck with hidden mechanisms or duplicate cards.

Key Tips

Misdirection: The spinning motion creates a distraction, which allows me to perform the switch.

Sleight of hand: Quick and precise hand movements are essential for a smooth transition and disappearance too

Timing: I perfectly timed the switch to coincide with the spin.

In conclusion, whether you think you can also do it, it's only a trials that would determine. They say practice makes perfect. And I'm always here to make you laugh and wonder while I become a better magician.
