FOOD CHALLENGE[VIDEO]: RECIPE FOR AND PREPARATION OF DELICIOUS BEANS

Firstly, you start by measuring , selecting and washing your beans...
This is a video version, watch a d learn too;
Then pour the beans in to your pot. put water,it can be 3 cups or 2 cups depending on the quantity of beans you are cooking
Oh parboil the beans by leaving the beans to cook for about -10 minutes.
While the beans is on fire, you start preparing other Ingredients, that's is your onions, crayfish and pepper. You slice your onion according to your taste.
Then you go back to check your beans after 10 minutes.
Put off the fire , bring down the pot and filter out the hot water. If you notice, the water would have a brownish colour.
So, you filter it out and wash you beans twice again before adding another water, a considerate quantity of water. You light you gas and put the post on it again. This time, you leave it for like 20- 25 minutes
You can also pound your crayfish while waiting for your beans.
After 20 -25 minutes you go back to check on your beans if it is soft ,then if it is ,you put your salt it can be 2 teaspoons or 1
then put you maggi and oil,then let it cook for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes or so, you add your crayfish, onions and pepper. and let it cook for 15 minutes .
After the 15 minutes your beans is set and ready to be eaten.
Turn off your gas cooker , serve your delicious beans and enjoy your meal. You can use it to sip garri, eat bread or white rice. But you can also eat it alone ( just beans).
