DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOIL AND THEIR USES

Greetings lady and gentlemen, today I am going to tell you the type of soil and their use, Firstly of all the definition of soil, soil can be defined as the upper layer of the earth.

SANDY SOIL:sandy soil can be defined as dry nutrient dense, and fast draining,sandy is for the use plant cultivation, example like tomatoes, pepper, and vegetables etc, a minimum of percentage of this is needed for a given time. The percent varies from plant to plant,there for sandy soil is for planting, it is also use in construction purpose Making of block and smelting of the buildings.

LOAMY SOIL:LOAMY soil can be defined as a type of soil that is particularly important in the world of gardening and agriculture due to the good balance and position of the sand, example of crops that you can plant in Loamy soil,yam,cocoa plantain, maize, bean, rice, etc also fruit like pawpaw, orange, mango, apple, pineapple and cashew etc, it's one of the best type of soil that human need more than any other soil, this type of soil safe life expectianly we Nigeria like this period of the country is hard due to our leader. Loamy soil is also use for the construction of building it has the normal combination of sand and clay,it is able to make the foundation from root strong, lt don't expand or shift when it comes together with water.

CLAY SOIL: it can be defined as a type of soil that contains a rate percentage of good and fine particles and substances, when wet it becomes sticky, it's also use for farming purpose, it's use in natural hence it tend to not to oil enough air, construction purpose, during ancient time,clay soil has been use for construction cause of its extraordinary properties.
