Abs killer week: My fitness for Wednesday and Friday (16th & 18th April)

Abdominal fat is one of the most difficult to remove but the easiest fat that people accumulate within a short period of time as a result of the fact that the foods we eat go in there before circulation. Most men and women have belle fat and that makes them look like pregnant women. Even an unpregnant woman can look as though she is pregnant due to belle fat.

Apart from that, it makes them to be out of shape. No clothes will fit them at all. Junck foods and overeating have been blamed for this. Our lifestyle can affect us badly and that is why as a fitness coach, I do dedicate a whole week and more specifically for abs killer programs.

Most people are sincerely uncomfortable with their looks due to the belle fat and they wonder how they can get rid of it. Sone have been doing their best in following some health instructions, eating healthy but when combined with belle fat fitness routines, it works faster like magic.

One of my clients told me personally that he will like me to take him on some Tommy exercises and we scheduled Wednesday for that. Since he works secularly, he asked if I could make it to the gym by 6.30 am so that he can go to work by 8am. Well, I am used to that. I agreed to it. Them that Wednesday, I was there by exactly 6.30 am, a little earlier than him.

I told him to warm up after giving him some warm up programs. Then I set the stage for the programs to begin. Another client appeared who also wanted to go to work early.

The programs

First, it was plank step up where one stays in plank position with a step board in-between his legs. Then jumps his legs up at the same time to step on the board and take them back to the ground and continues that way until the number of reps are completed. The arms is the one that carries the weight of the body as he jumps and the strength to jump comes from the belle. So, as the abdomen helps to push the legs up, the fat is being burnt.
This particular Program was done 30 reps in 4 sets. It was really a wonderful program anyone can try out.

Next was plank jumping back and forth. Here, a person stays in plank position, supporting the body with the arms, then jumping the both legs forward close to the arm and back to the original position. The arms are placed on the step board to perform this program. The strength to jump also comes from the abs. This program, just like the first works the arms also because part of the strength comes from the arms. It was done in 20 reps of 4 sets.

Then comes the dumbbell crunches where the person lifts the dumbbell overhead while in standing position, then lifts the knee up and at the same time brings down the dumbbell to meet with the knee, then take down the leg that was lifted while the dumbbell is lifted overhead again. The same will be repeated with the next leg. This works the abdomen, the lower body and the arms as well. This was done in 20 reps for 4 sets.

Next was the arm shoulder taps where the person stays in plank position, then taps the shoulders alternatingly with the palms. This is a wonderful program for the abdomen too. It was done in 50 reps for 4 sets.

We also carried out yet another program that helps burn belle fat. We sat on the yoga mat with our legs flat on the floor while our upper body was up. Then without holding anything or placing our hands on the floor, we lifted one of the leg bents the knee to bring the foot towards the body as though the heel want to touch the part of the body that is seated on the floor. Then we took it back to the original position and did the same for the next leg. We did it in 50 reps of 4 sets also.

In all the programs, there were 15 seconds rest in-between the sets to enable the person recover and regain strength. There were so about 30 seconds rest in-between programs. This means that after each programs described above, there is a 30 seconds rest before the next. Then, we stretched before we dismissed for the day. Though I didn't end there with these men. Other clients were coming afterwards and I was busy giving out programs.

For the Wednesday and Friday of this week, we repeated these programs. Note that I didn't just give out these programs, I also participated. Yes, that's a wonderful way to motivate my clients to also join and be serious. What I do is, either we all do the programs at the same time, or we take turns to do it. It's a great way to both stay fit and encourage others to do same.

No matter how stubborn a belle fat is, these programs can reduce it drastically with consistency and patience along with eating healthy meals. @alli001 was one of those that witnessed this week's programs. Good morning coach. Truth be told, this week's Program was indeed intensive, I'm not surprised because Abs attack exercises are always the most hardest. Despite my physical health, I tried to show up, and I felt fulfilled at least. It's been a while I exercise with @bossj23, I would like him to try these programs out.
