Hello Memory Game Lovers, it is officially a week design for different types of food, everyone loves food as much as I do because it boosts our energy and promote growth as well.

So looking at today's game, I've seen different types of yummy food on the dashboard, it is very tricky to match the same food twice, it is when you feels like you've got the right choice that you realized you've mistaken. I've played this game several times now and It's one of my favorite because I kinda enjoyed playing it as it sharpen my brain and Improves memory by simply matching the cards.

Today I've play the game and I've got three different scores while playing, the thing is you can't predict your score before playing, you can only know your score after playing and this makes the game more interesting. Having a higher score isn't about being expert, it is about having a sharp connection between the eyes and the brain/memory.

On my first try I scored 1512, I scored 1237 on my second try and 1296 on my third try. My first try was superb because I achieve the highest score for today, we'll see what tomorrow holds.

Since this week theme is about food, I'll love to use this opportunity and share with you guys my favorite soup and how to prepare it.

I'm talking about Afang Soup, a Nigerian traditional Akwa Ibom soup. This soup is one of it's kind, with ingredients or no ingredients it's very delicious in nature. Below are the ingredients used in preparing Afang Soup.

Fish.periwinkle.cow skin/pomo.

Seasoning.periwinkle.

Others Ingredients Includes.

  • Meat
  • Catfish
  • Stockfish
  • Palm oil.

Cooking Method.

  • Slice both the afang and water leaf, blend the afang leaves using mortar and pestle or grinding machine.

  • Put the water leaf inside a pot and set fire, allow the water leaf properly boil until the green colour changes.

  • Add fish of any kind or meat. Add your seasonings - pepper, Maggi, oil, salt.

  • Allow it to steam for at least one minute, add a cup of water.

  • Cover your pot and set fire, after two minutes, add your slice and blended afang leaf and allow it cook for a minutes before bringing down the pot.

Afang and water leaf has an amount of vitamins, vitamin A' C and etc. the ingredients like meat, fish and crayfish are well known for high percent of protein and mineral like calcium, Fufu or Eba is know for carbonhydrate.

In conclusion, Afang Soup is the most popular food in my region and it can easily be seen in places like burial, wedding and others traditional places or parties, this is because almost or everyone loves afang Soup, it is easy to cook but delicious in taste. If it is your first day of eating afang Soup, you won't want to miss it next time.
