Hello friends! And the great steemians! How are you doing? I trust you are happy. It's the beginning of the week, been Monday, a day we discuss how to care for our health. Our health as parents and kids is the key and determines the overall health of the entire society in extension. I shall take us to three significant measures to place into account, to keep healthy. Welcome to today's publication "Three significant measures to keep good health".

Personal hygiene: this is keeping neat, ensuring our bodies, finger nails, all our body members and entire body is washed and cleaned of any form of dirt with soap and clean water. We fall see if we are dirty and smelly because the disease causing microorganisms inhabit the dirty bodies and begin to harm the body resulting to sickness and deadly ailments.

We take Bath at least two times in a day with foaming soaps and clean water, we wash our hands after using the toilet with soap and clean water, we should wash our hands also before we eat. We should remember to keep our teeth and mouth smell freshness at all times by brushing it, at least two times in a day. These and many more are the account of personal hygiene through which we can keep good health at all times.

Eating good and nutritious meals: this is also another important factor that contribute to keeping ourselves healthy at all times. We must ensure that we eat food containing six classes of food: carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, lipid and water and should be well prepared. We need foods such as beans, yam, maize, fishes, vegetables and many more can definitely source out this classes in question here. Remember, to see your health experts for more information.

Environmental factors: this is the tendency of trying to be safe from environmental infections and diseases and this is done, by ensuring that the environment of our activities and daily operations, are conducive, using face mask if we found our self in a likely unsafe surroundings, covering our bodies against mosquitoes and other disease causing flies, using mosquito net, to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes which leads to malaria, and generally keep the surrounding clean. These and more are the safety measures to keep healthy at all times.

And remember to do your physical exercises. We both parents and our beloved kids is going live extremely happy and healthy taking all these measures into account.
