Contest Winners & Alert : Sing the Song 3 - Freestyle

Week 2 ended for our sing the song challenge and it would interest you to know that two contestants sang two different songs which made them winners. I gave two songs in the just concluded contest for participants to sing one. You need to listen to the chemistry in the voices of these two participants. They are;

@nsijoro sang you raised me up and put live in his performance. I nearly thought it were a music video even though it was a cover or a cappella. His intonations and vocal chemistry was on point. I didn't find any fault in his singing just some recommendations for improvement. He gave the tone very well and sung as though he were the owner of the song. He just have to apply certain controls in his vocals to avoid being inconsistent. Everything was on point though. The high notes were justified.

@us-andrew sang Arcade. His vocal composition was what I was intentional about listening and he hit it so hard. The riffs and tone gave Justice to the song. The chemistry was just on point. I enjoyed listening to the song over and over again because of the intonations made. You just have to using consistent riffs that would help you switch next time but the singing was just perfect.

I sent out rewards to these two lovely vocalists for doing their best. They nailed it.

Week 3

For week 3, we'll be going freestyle. You can sing in any language and can sing whatever song you're good at. Let's kill the voice. You mustn't be a talented singer. I'm not but I don't to improve and become better through comments and recommendations. You'll be evaluated based on the following.....

Tone quality✅
Breath control✅
Vocal range✅
Enunciation✅
Contest Questions
  • What song did you sing? Was it difficult to sing this song? What do you admire about the artiste way of singing?

  • Which part was difficult and how did you overcome it? If it wasn't difficult, what are your secrets to singing it well?

  • Which part of the song really touched you?

  • Do you enjoy singing plain or adding riffs to enhance your voice?

Your song video should be the first thing in your post.

Contest Rules

  • Post must be published in Steemkids and Parents community.

  • Post must be #steemexclusive.

  • The participation time is between 4th April, 2025 to 11th April, 2025 by 23:59pm UTC

  • The publication can be in any language.

  • Post must be over 400 words.

  • The images and videos used must be the author's own.

  • Title of the Video on your YouTube channel should be the name of the song you choose and your username.

  • Use tags on video such as; #music #steemit #acapella etc...

  • Plagiarism and the use of AI is prohibited
