218 Steem Power Up And How To Earn Steem
Friends good to know you all are having a nice time. We all may not be happy with the turn of things as it concerns the market. But even at this, I am not discouraged or relenting on working hard to make valuable marks on the steemit platform.
I have been on the platform for over a year now, writing several contents relentlessly on this platform. This is because I'm passionate about content writing this steemit platform. Hence in this contest, I am making this post not just to write, but to also show the rewards that I have gotten some days now.
Over the past several days, I have been able to accumulate some amount of steem. These steem are the rewards gotten from several days of hard work and consistency of my Labor. These earrings are made possible from these three clear possible means:
Earnings From Participating in various Competitions
Earnings from voting
Making independent posts
Earnings From Participating In Various Competitions
Participating in competitions is one of the ways to earn steem in steemit. At various times, contest organizers hosts different contests or competitions with different titles. The contests are hosted in all communities within the steemit ecosystem. The organizers outlines the rules that everyone participating in the contest must follow. It also spells out the rewards that comes in form of booming for the first winner of the competition. Some hosts may consider the second winner for booming or give some number steem to the second and third winners.
To earn steem in the competition, participants follow the rules and then ensure that their contents are original and attractive.
Earnings from voting
In as much as I participate and win in some competitions, I also go through or visit other steemian's posts by voting and commenting on their posts. By commenting and voting on other steemian's posts, writers on steemit would earn some steem.
Making independent posts
Being a passionate and hard working steemian, I create independent or personal posts. I would say that this is the most aspect in writing on steemit, that requires anyone's creativity on the platform.
As I participate in several other competitions, I make out time to create my personal posts. This makes me to think outside the box to create a write up. By making independent, I make some earnings from it.
First Step: I launched into my my wallet and clicked on the dialog box where my steem is stored and selected the power up option.
Second Step:
Another dialogue box appears where the user can add the amount of steem to power up. I put the amount of steem that I want to power up right in the box.
Third step
At this stage, a confirmation dialogue box appears and I checked the source and the destination account to which my steem would be going. It's correct and I clicked ok.
Fourth Step
This is the final step taken. A dialogue box appears and this time, is requesting for a password or key to finish the task. This stage requires the active key and so I put the active key and immediately, my steem were powered up.
The Addition of 55 Steem Power From My Savings
To arrive 218 steem power, I withdrew the sum of 55 Steem from my savings. Usually withdrawals from savings takes three days to mature.
For this, I logged in to my wallet and heads directly to my savings. I opened the savings option and taped withdraw. I then put the amount of steem which is 55, that I want to withdraw and clicked on next.
This brings me to the next option where I have to confirm the transaction. To do this, an Id for the transaction is generated with the amount of steem to be withdrawn. I now selected OK, to confirm the transaction.
This all about my power up for this competition.
