Puto Cuchinta; my favorite kakanin (rice cake)

Puto Cuchinta is one of my favorites rice cakes in the Philippines. Paired with grated coconut or cheese , it will make the cuchinta perfect to eat 😋

Everyday, a cuchinta vendor passes by our house. I don't always buy it, I only buy if I crave for it. There are many who sell cuchinta online. Some do sell it per dozen and you still have to pay for the delivery fee. But the vendor who always passed by in our area just sold the Cuchinta for a very affordable price. P10.00 or $.20 per 5pcs, so in your 10pcs of Cuchinta, you can only pay P20.00 or $.40. They quite have the same taste but sometimes, you can also buy a bad taste Cuchinta, maybe they have different ingredients or I don't know.

Actually, I tried to make one by watching in youtube but since my ingredients were wrong because I can't find some ingredients in the supermarket where I went, I used some that can be replaced in the main ingredients but it was not successful that's why I did not make again 😂
