THE VENUE IS SET FOR THE MEETUP

Greetings everyone and the steemit team,

Ahead of the meetup, I paid a final visit to the venue in order to check on the seating arrangement I had requested for. This was because the initial setting had fewer chairs than we needed and everything was a bit disorganized.

And indeed, they did an awesome job with the setting of the whole place.

This is quite different from the old setup which looked more of a lecture than an interaction between ourselves.

Also, looking at the number of newbies trooping in from this end, there would be some inconvenience without the extra chairs. So I think it is best to be safe than sorry.

Hopefully, this new seating arrangements will create a conducive atmosphere for newbies to express themselves and ask about any challenges they might be facing on the platform whiles having a good time.

I have already assigned various topics to some of our steemians ; @cherub27, @farhmade and @alhajibabajnr to present during the meetup. This should help them to learn more about the platform in order to guide fellow steemians when necessary.
