Contest: 1 Picture 1 Story Week #94

Every year summer is either hot or rainy and cool. Of course hot summer is really great because we can go to seaside, we do not need to wear much clothes, we enjoy long evening days and also we can sit in cafes for some nice dinner or maybe for ice-cream.
This year summer started early and even spring had already +18, +20C, actually often if it is like this then later on summer is cool but it was different this time. For example this week yesterday and today it is over +30C in London and because of the tall buildings made of stone, glass and steel it makes it even hotter. Many people especially elderly can not tolerate it and we see some of them delivered to hospital. The same in the news it is also told that t he patients in hospitals suffer from heat too. In UK, hospitals are not adopted to such high temperatures.
More to south Europe like in Portugal and Greece the temperature is over +40C, I am glad that we did not go to those countries for holidays. The best is to wake up early and enjoy nice cool walk, fresh air during day to stay at home, maybe even some nap but later on when after 9PM it cools down then to go again on fresh air. By the way, it is also important to make sure that if you go out then you use sun cream and also if you have a hat then it is the best to avoid sun stroke. According the forecast after two days it should cool down.
