Diary game:09/08/2025 ; about how I did my palm oil through the use of hand

greetings to everyone in this wonderful steem community,this is my first time participating here every since I power down my account ,l thanks the almighty God for his grace and favor especially for I to meet with you all with life ,may his name be gorified . I want to share with you how I processed my palm oil through the use of hand .

The palm fruit was not much so I make use of small round pot to cook it ,so I take it as the first step

I cook it on fire and put a lot of water inside of it to enable it get soft also I put a lot of fire also enable it soft ,I the make it hot so that oil can fetched out ,also I covered the palm fruit with something I use plantain leaf to cover it it helps to protect heat from coming out instead let the heat remain there for something good for the fruit.

third step

In this step the palm fruit had done,it soft for another step which is grinding , what makes it done most especially because of the fire make it done as soon as possible , so I sat down and look at my palm fruit, I then move to the next step which is grinding

Omg this one is not easy oo ,this one need a lot of energy because I used hand , as usual I always used machine to work on it but now since it very small I decided to use hand ,I removed it from the hot water and put it in a mortar and use pistle for the grinding , I removed all my energy as a man to grind it very well ,I grind until it becomes separate the palm carnal aside and the scatters aside

after that I started the selection between the scatters and the palm carnal ,it was not too much but I did it .
After that I sneezed the scatters of the palm fruit to oil and although I expected much oil but it happened my oil was very small as an ant .

But I was happy that I did the small palm fruit with my hand not to go spend money for grinding machine because if I wanted there my oil I process for hand and the machine one could be the same ,and this is my third time I did this in my hand ever since I was born , so now I separated the carnal aside for proper drying in the sun .

That all I do for the palm fruit ,it was not easy to me but I made it . Thanks for your participation on my post
