Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog, in Pakistan the summer 🌞 season long and extremely hot gradually every year,the reasons behind is environmental changes and global warming,the less plantation also big factor of extreme weather changes globally.
In summers we need to increase our hydration in body for that healthy drinks are very effective for maintaining water level in body and due to sweating 🥵 🥵 our minerals and sugar levers became low and we felt down ...... Let me share here some refreshing summer drinks .
Coconut water is the best electrolytes along with sodium and magnesium,the tasty refreshing drink make us active and beat heat in body .
Lime 🍋🟩 juice also great source of energy and provides vitamin C ,good for digestion in summers .the sugar cane juice,water melon juice ,water and fresh fruit juice loaded electrolytes and essential minerals need our body in summers .
The seasonal fruits like melon, watermelon 🍉, peaches, cherries,apricot and yes the king of fruits mango the most popular and healthy drink useful to consumed in all around the world.
