The Diary Game | (19th April 2025) A rally to fulfill the demands of diploma engineers.

That morning, the first thing I did when I woke up was brush my teeth. Then I washed my hands and face and freshened up. I visited Steemit for a while to freshen up. After finishing my steemit activities in the morning, I had breakfast. It's a pity that I didn't have breakfast at home today either, I had to eat breakfast outside. Anyway, I went to a hotel for breakfast. After going to the hotel, I had breakfast and returned home.

When I got home, I concentrated on my study table. I studied for half an hour, then the coordinator of the diploma engineers called us. We attended a mass gathering together. Anyway, as soon as I received the invitation, I started getting ready to join the rally. I set off with my hostel members and I, fully prepared.

Our rally activities will start in front of DUET (Dhaka University of Engineering Technology) campus. So we got ready and started our journey towards the DUET campus. It took us ten minutes to get to the front of the DUET campus. We finally appeared in front of the DUET campus. When I went there, I observed the activities of the protesting students.

There was a very dense crowd that day. Because it was a peaceful protest for the rights of diploma engineers. This rally was held primarily to protect the rights of diploma engineers. This is a big event, raising all our demands through this rally. Anyway, we organized ourselves in front of the DUET campus for quite some time.

Gradually, more diploma engineers started gathering. In a very short time, a large gathering of diploma engineers took place. Within half an hour, we noticed a gathering of about 2000 people in front of the DUET campus. They are all diploma engineers from Bangladesh. Notice the large crowd of diploma engineers in the picture below.

We, all diploma engineers, started a procession together. Everyone was angry about the illegal declaration. Why is the post of Assistant Engineer being relaxed for Diploma Engineers? This is our right, it was easy for some immoral individuals in the country to take it away.

Many students joined our procession. The students of the Polytechnic Institute are trying to achieve our demands. Anyway, we organized this huge rally with the aim of raising our demands. We were quite active in the rally, because we have to make the effort to achieve our demands. A diploma engineer as a 10th grade assistant engineer is capable of making many important contributions. Therefore, our main goal was to achieve this demand.

Bangladesh Police and Ansar were present with us to make the rally a success. They were quite active around our gathering. We took our procession to Joydevpur Shibbari. We walked about two kilometers from Duet Campus to Shibbari. In any case, we were all active to ensure that this journey would not be disrupted to make our rally a success.

We all gathered near Shibbari bus stand and started the process of realizing our demands. We have mentioned the main points of our demands below.

• Demand to maintain the post of 10th grade assistant engineer for diploma engineers.

• Declaring the 30% promotion decision of craft workers at the Polytechnic Institute illegal.

• National universities should be opened for higher education for diploma engineers.

Anyway, after presenting our logical movement, I left the rally. I left the rally and started walking home, passing through Joydevpur railway station. I noticed many vendors at Joybedpur Railway Junction that day. The vendors were selling their vegetable products with great attention. They have no idea that this railway line is an active railway line. The train could arrive at any moment.

Anyway, I took a photograph of their struggling life. Their contribution to work, even at the risk of their busiest lives, is like a bundle of laughter for a family. Anyway, I have mentioned the image I captured below.

Then I crossed the railway line and took a rickshaw to my home area. Anyway, I got off the rickshaw and bought some jhal muri when I got home. It was a great time to eat jhal muri, the excitement of the hot sun and the delicious jhal muri were very enjoyable. It was mixed with enough salt. Anyway, it felt very good to eat. I have added a picture of that delicious dish below.

Then I came home and freshened up. After refreshing myself, I rested for a while. Then I ate. This was one of the highlights of the day's activities when I was present at the rally. It was a day of struggle.
