Traditional experience of cooking in indigenous manner

Today was a special day for me because I fond of finding a traditional indigenous manner. This is the pleasure that is connected to our culture, and when cooked on a wooden fire, it taste two.

Early in the morning I asked for fresh from the market. First clean them well. I burned a wooden fire on the stove, which is a specialty of the indigenous method. Wooden fire contains a special aroma and heat that looks at the taste of food. Put the feet on a light flame of fire so that the unnecessary hair and other spare things above them can be burned. After that I washed them thoroughly with water and cut them into small packets.

Now the spices came. I used only basic spices by preferring simplicity: cumin, ginger, coriander, onion and garlic. These spices produce the original taste if used properly. I first brown the onion slightly, then added garlic, ginger and the rest of the spices to it. When the aroma started to come, add the pies to it and roast for a while on a sharp flame.

He then poured water and prepared the broth, and when the broth was thickened, he gave the heat medium and gave it more time so that each component could leave its original taste. After about two hours of continuous cooked, when the broth became thick, fragrant and delicious, I stopped the heat.

What was most beautiful in this whole process was the experience of cooking on a wooden fire. It not only gives food to the traditional color but also connects us to its culture. When all the households ate it, everyone liked it very much.

My effort is not just a meal, but an attempt to keep indigenous traditions alive. Hopefully this post will be liked by the readers of the stamite and will give a good impression for my D application.
