😞The story of mental pain😞

In our daily lives, we all face various problems that significantly affect our bodies and minds. Today, friends, I am going to share some thoughts on the topic of mental anguish in the form of a story, considering it from my perspective.

Mental anguish is a complex feeling that deeply impacts both physical and mental health. It can arise from various causes, such as personal relationships, career issues, or financial problems. Symptoms include depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and physical weakness. To free oneself from mental anguish, it is essential to focus on problem-solving, seek support from friends and family, and, if necessary, obtain professional help. Mental thoughts are a silent illness that gradually weakens people from within. These thoughts often remain hidden and unexpressed, yet their impact is felt at every step of life. There is a lack of awareness about mental health in society, and there is almost no empathy in battling mental stress.😓😓

At this age, I have become a mental patient myself, which has significantly affected my personal life, family life, and studies.😢 I have followed treatment for a whole year according to the doctor's advice, and I still have not completely recovered from it. Mental illness gradually eats away at us, and at a certain stage, we lose our mental balance, which is very harmful to us. Please pray for me.🤲

I hope you enjoyed my story. Until we meet again, I wish you all to stay well and healthy. May Allah protect you.

¡Saludos amiga!🤗

Thank you for your kind advice.🥲🥰

Wa alaikum salam wa rahmatullah dear sister 🌸,

What a heartfelt and honest post, thank you for sharing! Your story touched me deeply. Mental pain is something so many silently carry, yet few feel safe enough to express. By allowing yourself to be vulnerable, you’ve shown real courage and strength — and that in and of itself is a strong first step toward healing.

May Allah ease your burdens, grant you complete shifa (healing), and fill your heart with peace and strength. You’re not alone — your words will resonate the many and offer solace to others in related struggles. Keep fighting through, one step at a time. Allah is always near, especially to the silent hearts that call on him.

Stay strong, sis — you're doing better than you think.
