Assalam o alaikum.

Hello my steemit friends I hope you are all fine and happy. I am very excited to take part in the Monthly Target Touch Challenge for June . I always try to set goals for every month so I can improve myself and stay focused. Goals give me direction and help me manage my time in a good way. In this post i will share my main target for the month of June some other small wishes and also tell you what i did in May.

What is the main wish or target for June that you want to fulfill?

My main goal for June is to complete my cardiology course syllabus. As a student this is the most important thing for me right now. I want to study all the chapters on time make short notes and revise everything before the exams come. This month i want to stay regular with my studies without any delay. I know that if i prepare everything in advance i will feel less stress during the exam days i am trying to study with full focus every day.

Apart from that what are the wishes or targets that you want to achieve this month?

Other than this big goal i also have some small but useful targets. I want to go for a walk every morning to stay active and fresh i want to help my mother at home in small tasks like cleaning or cooking. I also want to read at least one new book maybe something about health or self-improvement. I am trying to drink more water daily because it is good for my health. Another goal is to reduce my mobile phone usage especially at night. I wants to sleep early and wake up early so that i can start my day in a good mood.

Share about the month-long preparation to fulfill this wish or target?

To fulfill these targets i have made a daily plan. I created a timetable for study that includes time for all subjects i study in the morning and evening and i keep a little time for revision i keep my phone away while studying so don’t get distracted. I also keep a water bottle near me and try to drink at least 8 glasses every day. I have started going for a short morning walk and it really helps me feel fresh. At home i help my mother in the kitchen or with other work in the evening. These small steps are helping me stay on track and feel more positive.

What were your wishes or targets in May? Have you been able to achieve them?

In May my main goal was to revise old chapters from the previous semester and understand the difficult topics. I also wanted to sleep on time and avoid wasting time on my phone. I am happy that I was able to achieve most of my goals i revised many topics and my understanding became better. I also controlled my phone usage a little though i still need to improve more.

I believe that setting monthly goals is a great habit. It helps us grow step by step. I hope i will complete all my June targets with hard work and dedication. Thank you for reading my post. I wish you all the best for your goals too!
