It's time to be creative, it is time to showcase to the world Ur talent, it is time for the world to know what you can do.
My one picture and one story contest today is all about my place of work junior waec practical exam in home economics.

This is an annual practical that happens in every year because each year they is always a new Jss3 students for this great tasks, but for this year the practical was very much that almost taken alot of my time because I was incharge of them.

In the practical list they are many dishes in which the students in Jss3 should cook in other to pass this home economics practical, we share them into groups by group 3 students in one group to make the work so easy for them and also due to the high rate of things sells in the market.

When we are done sharing them into this group by group 4 Extra students were remaining so we gave them the part of the dry cleaners parts, and we explain it more to them so that they may understand and make them pass the practical.

After every explanation we selected a day for them in other for them to prepare this food and also we assign teachers to each of the group in other for them to assist them with their bigger experience in cooking.

Yesterday was a kind of great and funny day because so group yam didn't even done at all, some group cook indomie and fry egg but the egg resemble pop corn because they fry it anyhow, some group did fresh fruit drinks, some group did eba and melon soup, some group did rice and stew with fish and meat and many food was presented to me because I was incharge of the practical.

Before I taste any food I will ask the group leader to tell me how did they prepare the food, what kind of ingredients did they use, and so on and so on, is from this I will know who can cook at home and who can't cook at home, so group leader can't say anything because it the teacher that they assign to them that cook the food for them, they didn't do anything.

Some group leader replied to my questions with full confidence and it shows me that they know how to cook and they know what they are doing, some group serve their various food without water or drink and I also asked them questions about that.

After everything I talk to them and gave them mark based on their response towards me in the cooking interview, and also telling them the importance of the cooking practical that it helps those who didn't know how to cook to learn from their various classmates or from their teachers assigned to them, it also helps those who can't do anything in the kitchen to learn how to do something even if it to wash plates or cut pepper or tomato or even clean rice for your parents.
