Food Diary Game | MY BANANA CUE
Good day steemians!
As a food lover but not an expert chief, Ive always wanted to share my filipino recipe but unfortunately this time not perfect yet I still wanted to share to you how I make it and my lapses.
Thanks to @artist1111 for this kind of contest.
I am inviting my friends @jea88, @natz04 and @arshani to share their entries.
Let's get it on!
✨INGREDIENTS:✨
- cooking oil
- saba banana
- sugar
- water
- flour
✨HOW TO DO IT?✨
Step 1:
Start peeling the banana. You can slice it or not. In my case, I sliced it so I really can feel its crispyness. And just a little reminder, the more ripe the banana is the more softer it is when cooked.
Step 2:
In a bowl or basin, put 5 scoups of flour or it depends of the amount of your banana, then disolve it in the water. Mix it well until everything is 100% dissolved.
Step 3:
Start lighting up the frying pan, put an enough amount of cooking oil and let it boil. Afterwards, put your banana in the mixed flour and water then put it in the boiled cookinh oil. Make sure not to leave what you cook so it will not overcooked just like what I did. I cook while cleaning the chores, and I forgot it. So, for you to have a perfect result, do not leave it unattended because it will just easily cook. If you see that it already turns golden brown, you can now flip it and wait for 2-3 minutes. Remember, to slow down the fire of your stove so it will be cooked properly.
This is now our finished output, it is overcooked yet we still enjoyed eating it.
Thanks for reading everyone. Ciao!
