@artist1111 I'm showing a small selection of the food from one of my favorite restaurants. Their menu is entirely vegetarian and vegan. Their standout feature is their innovative approach to dining, offering fresh lunch specials every day alongside a constantly updated main menu.
With the environment in mind, they use ingredients from nearby farms or organic-certified producers from abroad. A good number of their tables and chairs are recycled.
The restaurant is spread over two floors, and if you don’t book in advance, you might struggle to find a spot.
I treated myself to crispy homemade potato wedges seasoned with local spices and paired with a creamy vegan mayo made from tofu and sunflower seeds.
Alongside, I had a warming soup with different kinds of beans.
Аnd for dessert - a soft, flaky pastry roll with cherry jam.
Almost every veggie dish can be made vegan, and their menu is packed with tasty stuff - salads, pizza, dips, classic meals, and desserts.
The dim lighting gives the place a super cozy vibe. Plus, there’s a little shop at the entrance where you can grab handmade bread, sweets, and organic goodies.
Right in the heart of Sofia, SunMoon is a spot you don’t wanna miss.
