To every Steemian in the Steem for Pakistan community, warm regards and congrats again. With Allah's blessing, I pray that everyone is healthy and happy. Alhamdulillah, I am also well. Today, I will share a great recipe in the Season 20 - Share Your Food diaries, Reviews, and Adventures! competition organized by the respected moderator of the Steem for Pakistan community, @artist1111 sir. Today, I am sharing a roast duck recipe. By following the recipe I shared, anyone can cook this great duck. Many people cannot eat duck because of its smell. Perfect recipe for cooking duck without smell. If you roast duck in this way, the meat will not smell. Without delay, let's move on to today's recipe.

All the ingredients required for the duck meat roast recipe:

🧅Duck meat 1 kg 🧅Onion chopped 1 cup 🧅Garlic paste 1.5 tbsp

🧅Ginger paste 1.5 tbsp 🧅Cumin paste 1 tbsp 🧅Turmeric powder 1 tbsp

🧅Coriander powder 1 tbsp 🧅Dried chilies 7-8 pieces🧅Cinnamon 3-4 pieces

🧅White cardamom 4-6 pieces 🧅Black cardamom 2 pieces 🧅Bay leaves 2-3 pieces

Preparation of the duck meat roast recipe:

√ First, we will make a spice paste for roasting duck meat. To make the spice paste, I took 7-8 red dried chilies in a blender jar, and three medium-sized onions. I closed the blender jar and blended it for two to three minutes to make a spice paste. This spice paste in duck meat is very good. It will bring flavor, and it will be very fun to eat the meat gravy.

√ I washed and cleaned the duck meat well. To cook the duck meat, I took one kg of meat in a large pot. I added the blended red chili and onion paste to the meat, then added turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt in moderation. I combined everything with clean hands after adding all the seasonings to the meat. After marinating the duck meat, I kept it aside for an hour.

√ After an hour, I put a pan on the stove and heated mustard oil. I fried the garam masala pieces, white cardamom, black cardamom, and bay leaves in the hot oil, then stirred it to spread a beautiful flavor, then added one cup of chopped onion. Stir well and fry the chopped onion until brown.

√ When the onion is fried, I add the marinated duck meat. I mixed the meat thoroughly in the pan. After the meat has been combined, I will cover the pot with a lid, cook it, and maintain the stove on low heat.

√ After five minutes, I removed the lid of the pot, stirred it, and covered it again with a lid. In this way, I will grind the duck meat well for about 20-25 minutes.

√ When oil appears on the meat, you will understand that the meat is well-ground. When the meat is ground, I add the boiling water that was previously heated to the meat. The flavor is maintained when it is cooked in boiling water. I will cover the pot with sufficient water and cook.

√ At this stage, I will keep the stove on low heat. This method of cooking ensures that the meat is cooked through and that the meat's aroma is eliminated. I will remove the lid and stir it occasionally.

√ When the meat broth becomes thick, I turn off the stove. Then I close the lid of the pot and let it simmer for some time, and serve it. Roasted duck meat with hot rice or bread is incomparable and wonderful. 🤤🤤🤤
