Assalamu Alaikum Steemians Friends,

I wish all the admins, moderators, and users of the Steem for Pakistan community a happy Eid-ul-Fitr. I hope everyone is well and healthy. Today, I have brought my entry to the Season 18 - : Share Your Food diaries, Reviews, and Adventures! The competition is organized by the Steem for Pakistan community moderator, @artist1111 sir. In this competition season, I will share the Banana Milkshake recipe with you.

Now, the intensity of the heat is increasing gradually. In this heat, I want something in my body that will bring peace to my body and mind. Drinking will end the fatigue of the whole day and will rejuvenate the body. Banana Milkshake is a healthy drink to rejuvenate the body after a busy day. It is a very beneficial drink for the body.

Ingredients for making healthy Banana Milkshake:

Bananas2 pis
Milk2 cups
Sugar1 tablespoon
Dates5-6 pis
Cashew nuts5 pis
Almonds5-6 pis

Method of making Banana Milkshake:

Step 1:

To make Banana Milkshake, peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Then, I took some dry fruits that I had at hand, such as dates, almonds, and cashew nuts.

Step 2:

To blend, I first cut the banana into pieces in a cup, then added the dry fruits and 1 tablespoon of sugar for taste.

Step 3:

After adding all the ingredients to the blender cup, close the lid of the cup and blend the ingredients once.

Step 4:

After blending all the ingredients once, I added 2 cups of milk that had been previously heated and cooled. Then, I blended it again for 2 minutes.

Step 5:

Now I took a glass to serve. I will pour Banana Milkshake into the glass as much as possible so that bubbles will form on top.

Step 6:

After serving the Banana Milkshake, I will sprinkle some chopped almonds on top.

I love how simple the steps are, and the addition of dates, almonds, and cashews makes it even more nutritious and healthy. Such a great idea to beat the heat and recharge after a long, tiring day.
