A family embacked on a journey to their village.
Joan felt that they had been travelling for days already. His mother was sitting on the front seat of the car beside his father. The little clock in front of her said it was half past eight. The car was uncomfortably full of people and luggage. There was no space left for them to move at all.
Mary was reading a book. Centy was happy looking out the window. Larry had a puzzle in his hands that looked like a cube of many coloured plastic. He was busy trying to find a way to solve but five year old Joan was a restless girl. She was always unhappy when she had to stay in one place for more than five minutes. Joan was the youngest of the family.
'Daddy, are we nearly there?'
'Goodness me, Joan we have only just started the journey'
'But i am hungry and i want to stop'
'All right, Joan just have a little more patience we will stop at the next town and have something to eat'
The family were returning to their home town, where their father Dr Ben planned to open his own hospital. Dr Ben had been a senior doctor at one of the large hospitals in the city. His resignation on his job was one nobody expect in the hospital. However, he had decided that he wanted to go home and set up his own hospital. His wife, Mrs Ben who was a nurse would be able to help, they have both talked over the matter and decided that the move was for the best.
After some hours of their journey they stopped over at a restaurant where they would have lunch. After the meal they set off once more and, as everyone was satisfied, the children fell asleep almost at once. The journey was peaceful and calm.
They arrived at their village in the evening, the kids grandmother that is Dr Ben's mother was happy to see them. She loved her grandchildren so much. After a week when they have settled down in the village.
Dr Ben began his plans to set up a hospital in the village. Dr Ben has two storeys building, there were five bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom was used as his temporary clinic until the hospital was completed. He began building the hosptial at the front of his compound which completed after about a year. It was fairly big and could be easily seen from afar.
When the hospital was officially opened, he moved from his temporary clinic to the main hosptial building with the help of his wife who was a nurse, they began running the hospital which the villagers where happy about to get a closer and standard health facility. Later Dr Ben employed more hands when the hospital began to have more patients.
