1 Picture 1 Story Week #87 : The Memory Behind the Smile.

The picture I’m going to share with you all was captured quite a long time ago. It was taken in the 2018. This photo was captured by my elder brother Azizul Bhaiya’s son, Jewel. At that time, Jewel was in class ten. He had bought a DSLR camera from his father, and this photo of ours was taken with that camera.

We had a family invitation at my elder sister Ayesha Apu’s house. Everyone from our house went to her place to attend the invitation. Jewel also joined us. After we reached there, Jewel said to me, “Fupi, let me capture a picture of you all.” That’s when I took this photo along with my niece Brishti and my nephew Afif. At this time my niece was in class seven, and my nephew was in class two.

It amazes me how fast time flies. This photo was taken so long ago, and now my niece Brishti is taking university admission tests. My nephew is now studying in a well-reputed madrasa and has memorized almost fifteen paras of the Quran. Please pray for him.

Today, while i going through some old photo on my Google Drive, I find this one picture from an old folder. When I saw it, so many memories came flooding in my mind. It feels to me like just the other day we visited Ayesha Apu’s house, but this picture was approximately taken around seven years ago.
